" September 16, 2020 5.0 Pros Using Wisestamp symbolised the beginning of me taking myself and my business seriously. The simple action of using it on my email signature gave me the confidence to say "Yes, this is me and I'm launching my business." The signature is professional, allows me to play around with different features, and I really like the option to add additional apps. I also love the integration with the online booking software vcita. It's allowed me to automate the process of booking meetings without having to lift a finger! Including my photo in my email signature has allowed me to develop a personal connection with the people I email and I also like that I can include my social media handles and give myself that little bit of exposure! Cons I wish I could customise the font, colour, etc. of the custom text. I had to add HTML code to it to get it looking the way I want to. Other than that, I haven't encountered any further issues. Pros What I like most about Wisestamp is how it can take an email signature from "eh" and "so-so" to "excellent" and "stellar in a few minutes time. The email signature software is simple to use and if my Grandma owned a computer she could probably figure out how to use it. Cons What I like least is how Wisestamp tries to force free users to include a Wisestamp promotional graphic. Giving free users the option of different promo graphic styles or to remove the promo graphic in exchange for social shares are two ways this undesirable feature can be improved on. " February 7, 2018 4.0 Easy to choose from multiple signatures to have the appropriate one depending on the email content and the account being used. Pros Being able to create multiple signatures for different purposes and choose them easily in the Gmail interface is my favorite feature. It is very easy to set up the information and scroll through templates to find what looks the best. I also like being able to add my own random "taglines" to the bottom of my signatures. Cons I'd like to be able to modify some of the templates. For example, I like some layouts but don't like the "e" for email, "w" for website, etc. that are in some templates. Pros Easy to use and setup. We have multiple signatures set up for different people, organizations, and situations. This makes it easy to have consistent contact info and a small call to action. Cons A bit time-consuming at first getting everything set up, working properly and not feel overwhelming. From the sales process to the support process this has been a disaster. Pros While they have a neat user interface, the templates are not at all editable and any minor thing like moving something to a different line or adding additional spacing is not supported without a special custom template. When you try to contact them to create a custom template, no one responds. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time. Cons There is NO, ZERO, ZIP support. Don't bother contacting them. They won't reply to you. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time. Stay far away. Review Source Tiffany L. Can include logos for all social media, link to website, our logo and address . Easy to set up and edit too. Cons Not much. The only thing that I would say is when some people respond to me and I see my email below theirs, my signature doesn't look the same. November 19, 2018 4.0 Pros Nice templates and easy to add social media buttons to your signature. Creating your signature is easy to do. Cons There are not as many templates as I hoped thee would be. You can probally just copy and paste your finished template into your email app and not pay for it. I keep on having problems having my email signature to attach to Gmail via the android app. I had it working but now it has stopped. I might stop paying for this app soon. I misread the price and was given a horrible surprise when I was charged for the full year. Ie the price I thought I was paying multiplied by 12.Also, I'm not able to centre the logo with the copy, so I have no control over where the copy is positioned in relation to my logo. President Broadcast Media Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Decent But No Support" June 2, 2020 3.0 We selected this as our first foray into this type of thing, and quite frankly the decision was made that since it was simpler to buy a subscription than build our own HTML, we went with that. We chose WiseStamp because they were offering a deal on a subscription. Well, you get what you pay for. We finally got it working, but the directions are badly written, the issues we needed not addressed, and the worst customer support we've ever encountered make this an unfortunate choice. Pros It's easy to make a signature. There are a variety of different templates. Cons They have perhaps the most wretched customer support of any system I've used. Call the number they provide, and you'll hear that they only provide email support. Email them and get NO response. Tweet them, and expect silence. If they are this inept and non-responsive, why on earth would we consider them for more of their more expanded and presumably more profitable services? Reason for choosing WiseStamp After comparison of features and looking at our needs, we made the decision based on price and a promotional one-year subscription. Pros I never think the benefice of add a signature in your emails untill wisestamp Adding a signature to your emails give you - Look more pro - More easy to remember - You can add extra info, links and contact Wisestamp is really use to use and you can get a really cool email signature, with your branding and info. Have really nice features but they need to add more icons. I do like - signatures templates - unlimited signatures - You can add to your email provider Cons The montly pricing have non sense, because you dont make a signature every day (unless you sell the service). I now have a paid account and noboday at wisestamp can stop the signature from the trial account from reappearing. Support has been hopeless to resolve this. It's incredibly frustrating that I go to write an email and I get a signaure that I was only ever intended to test features in the trial account. I paid for an account, I want my paid signaure thanks. Support are unable to fix this, or even acknowlege the problem. Very frustrating. Pros The software does create good looking signatures. Cons The authenication this software uses is implemented terribly. Support really is lacking. I bought the pro version and followed the instructions to implement to which it does not work. I called them & there is no support other than an e mail support as they are too cheap to have live techs to support their product. No one replied to my numerous e mails asking for assistance. This is not how to run a business as the customers are paying the bills and they are surely not a customer friendly firm especially after they get your money. STAY AWAY.......... Pros nothing as it does not work. the instructions to implement seem easy, but they are not. I submitted a request to cancel future orders 3 times & it is still not cancelled. I payed the full year & i do not want to keep paying in the future. I submitted a 4th request today.
