We appreciate how quickly it notifies our driver. It is based on our good standing with our inspections. We put a great deal of effort to keep safe trucks on the road and every bypass we get shows that we are doing it right. We still get pulled in from time to time and we are out super fast based on our fleet history Pros The time saving that we get with DriveWyze is significant. Super easy for bypass instructions to our driver through our ELD. Cons The only con that I find with DriveWyze is that we didn't do it earlier! Could have saved us countless downtime in scale lines. Pros Ease of use and good features. We love the customizable Safety Alerts and use them often! When refreshed daily the app runs smoothly and gives our contractors important information throuthout their shifts. Cons Bugs and issues and customer support (trouble shooting support only). We have exprienced issues in the past with the DriveWyze app not giving alerts (seems to be better now \*fingers crossed\*) and when reaching out to support we have been met with not so helpful support and this has left a sour taste in come contractor's mouths. These issues have gotten better over the last couple of months and as long as the contractors refresh the app daily, we dont usually see delays in alerts. Customer service has been consistent and responsive if we have questions or issues. There are some other perks with Drivewyze that we have been able to test out for our fleet. Overall we have had a great partnership with Drivewyze. Pros We like that Drivewyze is easy to use, and integrate with our ELD. Drivers appreciate that they don’t have another device to worry about and notifications are accurate when it comes to bypasses. Cons There has only been a few times where it has picked up a scale on another side of an interstate or slightly off their route while the drive may be getting off on an exit. Being able to bypass a weigh station can save from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the location, time of day, and if someone decides to conduct a random inspection. Drivewyze works at pull off portable scales and lets you know if the station ahead accepts the bypass or if you'll need to pull through no matter what. Keeps me on the road. I like that it's reliable and doesn't depend on cell service alone. Cons If the transponder gets dirty or has an issue then I have to stop and fix it. It adds one more thing to my checklist to look over before I hit the road. But I still think the time savings is worth it.
