Pros
It improves the customer relations and marketing by providing better solutions. No need to prepare scripts as it provide the perfect solution lines.
The product seems good, and a good price for our organization it’s perfect covering all our needs.
One notable benefit is the ability to analyze lead progress and stages, enabling effective planning for lead conversion into revenue.
Obviously, it was amazing. The best marketing automation tool going to hit the market at an affordable price.
Cons
But for this past 3 to 4 weeks there is lot of disconnections and some error has been occured. So it took lots of time to fix the issue.
However, I currently lack the capability to download that particular report.
Its slow at times which causes frustration to the agents.
No built in auto dialler to further enhance the experience. You need to piggy back on an existing dialer to fully utilize the feature.

Overall: Everything i find good only in Teleduce, I have used multiple CRM's like Amiyo, Neox, Ozontel and etc, But Teleduce i found verymuch user friendly.
Pros: Teleduce(Core Factors) is Good CRM, where we can manage all our leads in one place, The first point i like in this CRM is we can speak to our clients in our mobile phone when we dial though this CRM. Then the fields which they added is very much required to maintain client data, to reach them in priority basis, And also one more best thing is when we reach our client though teleduce and if the clients are not responded then they can reach out to the same number whenever they available, that call will landed to us only. Like this i have liked most of the feature in Teleduce(Corefactor).
Cons: I find everything interesting only, Nothing i found least.
