Pros

we have been mainly using the crm for sending emails, the Team at Corefactors have been giving us good support as well, especially Alisha.

Cons

Integration of the WhatsApp application, ie, galabox, need to be seems in CRM software itself it becomes tedious to check two different software every time.

I like that it is a multichannel marketing tool all in one place,also I like its robust features like email marketing, SMS marketing and marketing automations,the marketing analysis is also very insightful and provides us with important information about our customers so targeting potential customers is always very easy.

Cons

At time it delays in the report especially when dealing bulk data, although this happens rarely.

Everything i find good only in Teleduce, I have used multiple CRM's like Amiyo, Neox, Ozontel and etc, But Teleduce i found verymuch user friendly.

Pros

Teleduce(Core Factors) is Good CRM, where we can manage all our leads in one place, The first point i like in this CRM is we can speak to our clients in our mobile phone when we dial though this CRM. Then the fields which they added is very much required to maintain client data, to reach them in priority basis, And also one more best thing is when we reach our client though teleduce and if the clients are not responded then they can reach out to the same number whenever they available, that call will landed to us only. Like this i have liked most of the feature in Teleduce(Corefactor).

Cons

I find everything interesting only, Nothing i found least.

It is a self-explanatory wysiwyg tool fully tailored to analyze and measure cloud data. Besides, it has an excellent graphical-user-interface and UFI adaptive to its functionality and performance. I like how it automate the entire process of email marketing.

Cons

How it demands a lot of integration is the only flaw, but it is quite easy and fast to do so.

its a friendly crm and its a very easy to filter all modes , and lease capture fast very useful and customer support also good and one of the spoort team in corefactor \[sensitive content hidden\] very helpful peron he done good job ,overall i am very happy about the crm service
