Interface seems good but need some additional provison to make changes in the reports, rest the dashboard could have been clickable

Pros

Interface of the LMS is nice to be handled by admin or calling agent Which gives provision to filter their own category leads

Cons

Provison to edit the reporting part is missing due to which analysing database becomes more tds, could have been easier

Our overall experience has been fairly good. The platform is reliable and does help streamline communication, but cost remains a concern for long-term use in a mid-size hospital.

Pros

The call logs, follow-up reminders, and note-taking features were very helpful in keeping track of our patient conversations. The dashboard analytics are also insightful and easy to understand.

Cons

Pricing could be more competitive for smaller healthcare setups. Some advanced features feel slightly overpriced for what is offered in the base plans.

we have been mainly using the crm for sending emails, the Team at Corefactors have been giving us good support as well, especially Alisha.

Cons

Integration of the WhatsApp application, ie, galabox, need to be seems in CRM software itself it becomes tedious to check two different software every time.

Pros

I like that it is a multichannel marketing tool all in one place,also I like its robust features like email marketing, SMS marketing and marketing automations,the marketing analysis is also very insightful and provides us with important information about our customers so targeting potential customers is always very easy.

Cons

At time it delays in the report especially when dealing bulk data, although this happens rarely.

Corefactors vendor has not yet incorporated mobile application for Android devices.
