1\. Ease of use 2. Integrations with linkedin, facebook, Indiamart etc 3. One click exotel and whatsapp connection 4. Low price compared to other platforms 5. Single solution for lead management and marketing tool. 6. Bulk email and sms feature

We employ Teleduce CRM to facilitate the process of generating and managing leads. It offers convenient accessibility across desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, it enables us to incorporate numerous features tailored to our specific needs. By utilizing Teleduce CRM, we can effectively analyze the progress and current stage of our leads, enabling us to strategically convert them into revenue.

Cons

We still require the addition of certain features, such as the ability to display team members' meetings on the dashboard. However, I currently lack the capability to download that particular report

Interface seems good but need some additional provison to make changes in the reports, rest the dashboard could have been clickable

Interface of the LMS is nice to be handled by admin or calling agent Which gives provision to filter their own category leads

Cons

Provison to edit the reporting part is missing due to which analysing database becomes more tds, could have been easier

As a marketing personal leads need to be captured at one place and shared with the sales team, teleduce does a very good job here

Leads report page looks a bit colorful need have a standard look and should give us options to edit it

This is a very easy to use software.. Not much training is required to use this software.. It is Easy to update lead status in the software.. Though the mobile application of this software is not that great.

Cons

As earlier said, mobile application of this software is not that great / user friendly. For Marketing Automation, many more features if implemented will be helpful..

Even though the product was on free trial, we got responsive and helpful replies from the customer support. We compared the results of prediction of campaign results with actual results, the numbers were so close and I can say the artificial intelligence that they adapted into the product works accurately.

Pros

The best usage of the product is foreseeing the campaigns predictions by using artificial intelligence. Scoring and e-mail marketing are also accurately working and helping a big team.

Cons

Features are okay but creating a complex campaign is really difficult but once it is all setup, works fine, however should be simplified.
