It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.

Pros

I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.

Cons

Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it.

### "They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)"

They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.

Pros

Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything

Cons

They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

### "Good basic ERP solution with nice features but Accountancy element currently not UK friendly MTD"

The customer support is very good, the software has a lot of modules on offer although a lot of them are still basic in form and really need to have advancements. The software itself we know if designed and developed for the Spanish market and is now expanding through Europe, although there is still a number of items that are considered essential for UK businesses Holded does not have this capability currently (MTD - Making Tax Digital is currently not supported)

Pros

Holded is a nice easy to use software, there are some elements when we first started using the software that had still presented in spanish (I think most of these are gone now!) The quick response customer support is very good and the chat function is essential, we used to have a UK based person which was great to pick up the phone and call but they are no longer with the company.

Cons

The Tax elements are extremely basic and rigid for our accountants to access, there is no bank reconciliation with HSBC UK business accounts (for some reason only HSBC UK personal), so we have to manually upload this which is not easy as we have to upload in a specific method. The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature.

Pros

I have been using holded for a while and it is a super complete tool. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good.

Cons

Like other tools of this type, it requires adaptation time for the entire work team, but the overall experience is good.

Overall it is a positive experience, being a very useful tool for small and medium-sized companies. It helps to work the business vision in a centralized way.

Pros

Invoice and accounting management in the company is of great help. We also have control of working hours

Cons

Its major disadvantage is the external data processing with its API. The working hours cannot be assigned by projects either.

Es muy satisfactoria a nivel económico y especialmente por cómo contribuye a la gestión contable y control de gastos.

Pros

Puede ser una solución muy práctica y económica en comparación a un ERP o MRP típico que para una PYME es suficiente.

Cons

Tal vez, aunque sólo por ponerle un pero, le falte algo de intuitivo al uso, pero se compensa con la facilidad de implantación.

Excelente. Me ha ayudado muchísimo a llevar la contabilidad de las empresas al día. También muy útil para el control de empleados, y sus proyectos.

Pros

Programa muy intuitivo y automatizado. Hace que la contabilidad sea más sencilla, y se evitan muchos errores. Se puede llevar de una forma mucho más exhaustiva el control de la empresa.

Cons

En la parte de impuestos, se debería añadir los impuestos Canarios, ya que trabajamos con AIEs establecidas en Canarias, y no puedo generar borradores correctos.

Empezamos en el año 2021 y ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado, ya tenemos el histórico a mano de todos nuestros clientes, presupuestos, facturas, registros contables, todo en un mismo sistema. Recientemente hemos integrado las ventas de nuestra página Web y se integra todo de forma perfecta, además de toda la gestión bancaria que también la podemos realizar a través de la plataforma. Estamos muy contentos con Holded

La posibilidad de llevar toda la gestión comercial y contable en un mismo sistema, accesible desde cualquier sitio, estando de viaje, vacaciones, etc, y sobre todo la facilidad de uso, ya que es un sistema muy intuitivo. También es muy bueno su servicio de atención y soporte vía chat.

Cons

Me gustan muchas cosas de Holded, no hay nada que no me guste especialmente, aunque si mejoraría las opciones de customizar las plantillas, tienen muchas posibilidades pero agregaría otras.

En general, mi experiencia con Holded ha sido muy positiva. Es una herramienta que nos ha permitido mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión diaria del negocio, reduciendo significativamente el tiempo dedicado a tareas manuales. Aunque tiene algunas áreas que podrían mejorarse, como la personalización de informes, considero que es un software robusto y eficiente para pymes.

Lo que más me ha gustado de Holded es su facilidad de uso y la capacidad de automatizar tareas rutinarias, como la emisión de facturas y la conciliación bancaria. Además, su integración con diferentes módulos (CRM, contabilidad, proyectos) es excelente, lo que permite gestionar varias áreas del negocio desde un solo lugar. Ahorrar tiempo en tareas administrativas ha sido uno de los mayores beneficios.

Muy contento con el programa y sobre todo con su velocidad de evolución con nuevas funcionalidades, casi no da tiempo a aprendérselas cuando ya han sacado una nueva.

Pros

Puedo gestionar la mayoría de tareas que requiere una PYME desde el mismo lugar. Tiene su propia aplicación móvil adaptada. El escáner de archivos para subir gastos es una completa genialidad y maravilla.

Cons

No puedes hacer muchas configuraciones a medida para diferentes negocios que tienen sus peculiaridades, aunque es cierto que no paran de añadir nuevas funcionalidades prácticamente cada semana por lo que cada vez tienes más recursos con los que trabajar y organizar mejor tu trabajo. Las importaciones son algo complejas y tediosas, y necesitan de contenido imprescindible sin el que básicamente no puedes hacer la importación satisfactoriamente, pero esto se hace una vez y al final se agradece porque consigues que tu contabilidad y datos de empresa estén correctos. De otro modo se harían importaciones pero con información faltante.

En general para lo básico y más necesario funciona.

Pros

La facilidad para generar las facturas recurrentes y tener bancos, gestión de personal, contabilidad... todo en un mismo sitio.

Cons

Gestionar varios contactos en una misma empresa, que no haya proformas recurrentes, dificultad de enviar varias facturas de un mismo cliente a diferentes departamentos. Que no se pueden crear en los bancos una opción que concilie los traspasos entre cuentas de la empresa y que no los registre como ingresos.

Holded llegó para simplificar y sintentizar en un sólo CRM , los aplicativos que teníamos para las distintas operativas, es decir, contabilidad, recursos humanos, análisis de ventas, nóminas, proyectos y tesorería, entre otros, siendo eficaz y eficiente en el desarrollo de las actividades de la empresa, lo que hace tener la información al momento para la toma de desiciones de la empresa.

Que reune en un sólo CRM , varios aplicativos operativos de la empresa .

Cons

A veces, la sincronización de las tarjetas de crédito de los bancos, no imprtaq todos los movimientos del extracto bancario, por lo que muchas veces hay que importar los movientos que faltan de manera manual.

La gestión integral de los recursos en una plataforma moderna y visualmente atractiva. En particular el módulo para preparar y presentar impuestos.

Cons

La navegación a través de las páginas es tediosa, no existen rutas intuitivas y hay que volver para atrás desde el navegador de google y repetir la ruta de una manera poco práctica.

El programa es bastante bueno en funcionamiento pero el soporte es TERRORÍFICO. El soporte incluído en el paquete de forma gratuita es sólo por chat y creo que es tan malo para obligar a contrata el soporte premium que cuesta más que el program mismo

Cons

El soporte es pésimo. Es un soporte chat. Dicen que contestan en un máximo de 4 horas y siempre contestan en unas 30 horas de tiempo, es decir el día después y pasadas las 24 horas. Además, si en el soporte haces 2 preguntas, te contestan a la primera y cierran el chat. Tienes que volver a contactar y esperar a otras 30 horas para la segunda pregunta. Te ofrecen soporte premium telefónico de 50 €/mes, que es más caro que el propio programa y creo que el soporte gratuito via chat es tan sumamente pésimo para forzar a que se paguen 50€ adicionales al mes para tener el otro soporte.
