CEO Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)" May 24, 2022 1.0 They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth. Pros Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything Cons They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law. Director Medical Devices Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Good basic ERP solution with nice features but Accountancy element currently not UK friendly MTD" December 1, 2020 4.0 The customer support is very good, the software has a lot of modules on offer although a lot of them are still basic in form and really need to have advancements. The software itself we know if designed and developed for the Spanish market and is now expanding through Europe, although there is still a number of items that are considered essential for UK businesses Holded does not have this capability currently (MTD - Making Tax Digital is currently not supported) Pros Holded is a nice easy to use software, there are some elements when we first started using the software that had still presented in spanish (I think most of these are gone now!) The quick response customer support is very good and the chat function is essential, we used to have a UK based person which was great to pick up the phone and call but they are no longer with the company. Cons The Tax elements are extremely basic and rigid for our accountants to access, there is no bank reconciliation with HSBC UK business accounts (for some reason only HSBC UK personal), so we have to manually upload this which is not easy as we have to upload in a specific method. The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature. En nuestro caso hemos dado con problemas muy graves como pasar un lote de presupuestos a facturas sin que no demos cuenta, no sabemos quein lo hizo pero se pasaron a la gestoria y a pagar el iva de un trabajo de no se realizó.. En otra ocasión un administrativo borró toda la base de datos de los articulos pensando que los iba a actualizar pero ya nada, ni aun que lo volvieses a crear ya no valian para las facturas anteriores por que van con un ID único. Nuestra experiencia nos dice que mejor es bucar soluciones en cada sector mas profesional, un software que intenta hacer absolutamente de todo NO VA A CONSEGUIR hacer muy bien nada. Una buena solucion es separar los programas de CMR, RRHH, FACTURAS, INVENTARIO, PUNOTS DE VENTA y que esten integrados entre sí en caso de ser necesario que tampoco es necesario, por que con holded o similares no daras dos pasos seguidos o no podras crecer. Pros \- Fácil uso en algunas funciones como facturación, presupuesto etc.. - Entorno adecuado, interface sencillo y útil - Acceso remoto desde cualquier sitio - Subir archivos escaneados, creación de artículos sencillo. - Puedes Tener acceso total a todo el ecosistema si lo usas por completo bien. Cons \- Software que ha dejado de avanzar y mejorar. - Su sistema de automatización de ingreso de facturas de compra NO funciona para nada. llevamos muchísimo tiempo esperando que lo mejoren pero nada mas que ha sido tirar el dinero a la basura. - Empresa que ahora se ha puesto en modo recolectar ( va a sacar dinero extra por cada función ) aun que lo tengas en tu suscripción contratada, ellos lo extraen y te lo deshabilitan y te piden que pagues mas por ello pasando a otro plan ) asi constantemente hasta que te desesperan y te van a decir que es que ahora ya no esta incluido. Estas funciones han sido: Proformas; Inventarios; Usuarios; Escaneos; Autolecturas de facturas; etc etc etc. - Te atiende un robot para tus dudas :) se te queda la cara de tonto cada vez que preguntas una duda. - Por lo general vale si lo vas a usar tu mismo que has elegido el holded, pero si lo pones en marcha en tu oficina para que lo usen varias personas administrativas y personal a pie de obra o tiendas.. les va a ser muy dificil, no pueden usarlo adecuadamente por que no es normal como procesa algunas cosas ni te enteras de los errores que cometes como borrar daos importantes. Cuando llegan la hora, nada, te dicen que tu cuenta ahí un error. pero no lo solucionan no hacen nada. Por otro lado, tiene grandes carencias, no tienen albaranes de entrada de material, no existen las etiquetas de envío, los informes son solo los que ellos tienen no te deja generar ninguno, los documentos están súper limitados los que ellos han creado....De verdad que no lo contratéis si tenéis una facturación de más de un millón no se puede trabajar. Cons Un sin fin, duplicidad de facturas, los datos de prestashop no se pasan correctamente, no existen los albaranes de entrada de mercancia ni puedes recepcionar mercancia. El soporte incluído en el paquete de forma gratuita es sólo por chat y creo que es tan malo para obligar a contrata el soporte premium que cuesta más que el program mismo Cons El soporte es pésimo. Es un soporte chat. Dicen que contestan en un máximo de 4 horas y siempre contestan en unas 30 horas de tiempo, es decir el día después y pasadas las 24 horas. Además, si en el soporte haces 2 preguntas, te contestan a la primera y cierran el chat. Tienes que volver a contactar y esperar a otras 30 horas para la segunda pregunta. Te ofrecen soporte premium telefónico de 50 €/mes, que es más caro que el propio programa y creo que el soporte gratuito via chat es tan sumamente pésimo para forzar a que se paguen 50€ adicionales al mes para tener el otro soporte. Es un soft fantástico de gestión. Pros Es muy intuitivo y fácil de utilizar, en especial para clientes que no tienen demasiada idea de facturación o gestión de gastos. Que puedas acceder online directamente a cualquier factura o a cualquier información del programa sin tener nada instalado, da mucha seguridad. Cons Hay algunos apartados que podrían tener un acceso más directo. Por ejemplo, si accedes al mayor de una cuenta, puedas volver atrás sin tener que ir al inicio (ojo, que igual soy yo que no se hacerlo, eh?) Pros Holded is easy to use and design layouts. I also like easily getting access to visual information in each screen so I don't have to execute reports all the time. It's easy to analize how my business is going through graphics and interactive tables.
