Searching for paper work was time consuming. The safety program was well written but under utilized. Lost time injuries occurred and worst recurred. As a small business in construction, we needed something to help us put it all together. We needed not just software but safety consultants and thought we could not afford it. Much to our surprise, Spence Software provided us a demonstration of S2Web. We loved it and we could afford it. Spence Software's experience in safety management was put to the test when we sent them our forms and spreadsheets. Each piece was looked at carefully by a human eye to ensure that we would receive optimal data when we got our sms. Within 6 days we were fully implemented and the system training took only a few hours. Project managers, foremen, administration, and even me (the old dog) took to S2Web like kids to candy! We highly recommend this product and this company. Take the time, make the investment, it is worth every penny and then some. Pros With very little effort we can provide charts and reports to our clients. Everyone working for the company is so much happier and productive because everything can be found pretty much instantly in one spot. Improved our bottom line and acquired new clients. We are able to compare sites and see if we are meeting our targets. It would be nice to be able to pull pie charts from the filtered selections in the chart area. Sometimes the bar charts are difficult to follow when there are too many items and currently I have to export information to excel and create the pie charts. I do have some areas where the internet upload speed is low and it makes it quite difficult to upload documents. Is it possible to change the type of file to upload or create a "sync" button where items can be updated offline and then connected to stronger internet and uploaded? I have used the report options on most of the items to ensure the items are entered properly (so the charts make sense at the end of the month). It is great to be able to select the items that are needed to populate the report and filter in excel. I really like the new upgrade with he values on the charts. Making those numbers more visible would be more visually appealing. Pros Extremely easy to teach our Superintendents how to use the software, average training time about 5 minutes "YES", I use it on my i Phone 6, my i Pad Air, and my Mac Pro laptop in my truck with my i Phone Hotspot, rather than being vulnerable at public sites, the print function is superb as the drivers do not have to be stored as downloads on your computer but are integral to the software, I could go on and on about the Pro's,but myself I am busier than a cat on a hot tin roof so I must cut it short. Cons If I find any glitch or bug Ron or linda will fix it in a heartbeat, or they will very nicely correct my thinking and perception of data based software, so then it is really only a perceived problem on my part, So absolutely no negative thoughts whatsoever.
