It's simple to use, you can create widgets that are displayed on your platform as well as full, more formal, surveys that can be sent to users and the support is excellent. We use it display surveys on our web based platform and, following limited development, non-technical users are able to create and publish surveys.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to pass metadata that we already hold in order that we can more effectively analyse results and don't need to waste survey questions on, for example, understanding the user's location or user type. Good support when I've had issues or questions.

Cons

Some question types are not available on widgets There's nothing else jumping out at me as a weakness.

I really appreciate that the tool is constantly developing - it has more functions and sample surveys that are ready and can be used for the research we conduct with "one click". The responsiveness of the support department is also critically important to us. The Webanieta team works quickly, professionally and flexibly. I really appreciate the quality of customer service.

Mes favoris sont les rapports en ligne car ils permettent une visualisation continue des résultats même si un utilisateur n'a pas accès à l' outil.Aucune tentative n'a été faite pour fournir une réponse aussi rapide .Vues d' ensemble parfaites de tous les points de contact, avec le résultat présenté dans un format graphique simple .Un nouveau questionnaire peut être introduit rapidement et facilement.

Les enquêtes ont été rapidement développées et mises en œuvre par de nombreuses équipes.Nous avons beaucoup plus de flexibilité grâce aux fonctionnalités de suivi et au choix d' envoyer les sondages automatiquement ou manuellement.La fonction de rapport est également très simple à utiliser.

Cons

Le fait que je n'utilise pas toutes les alternatives à ma disposition qui ne sont pas claires pour moi sur la base de la brève description et que je ne sais pas comment les utiliser , telles que les widgets, les réponses de balisage , etc.Je suis conscient que je peux utiliser des webinaires sur les sujets spécifiés .
