Overall, our experience with FieldPulse has been very positive. It has streamlined a lot of our day-to-day processes and helped bring more structure to our operations. The platform continues to improve, and the support we’ve received—especially from \[sensitive content hidden\] —has made the transition smooth and productive. It’s been a solid investment for our business.

Pros

FieldPulse has been a great all-in-one platform for managing our operations. The scheduling, invoicing, and customer management tools are all intuitive and help keep everything organized in one place. It’s especially helpful for keeping our field team aligned with the office, which has improved efficiency and communication across the board. One of the biggest positives, though, has been the implementation process—\[sensitive content hidden\] , our implementer, has been outstanding. He’s been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we’re set up for success. That level of support made a huge difference.

Cons

Like any system, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when trying to customize workflows to fit specific business needs. Some features can take time to fully understand or set up exactly how you want them. There are also a few areas where additional flexibility or customization options would make it even stronger.

Very happy. I just recommended Field Pulse to a previous employer who has been having issues with the multiple programs they are trying to get the "talk" to each other.

Pros

Just learning but so far, compared to the programs I have used in the past, Field Pulse is extremely user friendly. I love how there is full integration and I am not having to export information to get what I need. It is also very convenient that I am able to Chat with someone when I have a specific question that a tutorial is unable to answer for me.

Cons

Nothing bad so far. I'm hoping that there will not be anything negative as I navigate through this learning experience.

My experience with FieldPulse has been very positive. It has helped streamline scheduling, manage field teams efficiently, and improve overall workflow. The platform offers reliable security for managing customer and job data, and overall value for money is good considering the features provided. Customer support is responsive and helpful, which improves the overall experience. Team collaboration is smooth, with clear visibility into tasks and updates. Scheduling and employee management are simple and effective, making daily operations easier to handle. Syncing across devices generally works well, although there can be occasional minor delays. Overall, it has reduced manual effort, improved coordination, and provided better visibility into operations.

Pros

FieldPulse is very easy to use for managing daily operations like scheduling, job tracking, and team coordination. The interface is clean, and it helps keep everything organized in one place. Customer support is also responsive and helpful.

Cons

Some advanced features and customizations are limited, and reporting could be more detailed. Mobile app performance can occasionally lag during heavy usage.

Horrible as the time we used we had issues. Tried to cancel over phone and not successful. Then told by email we have to. 14 emails and finally told we could only finally be canceled after paying for another full year.

Pros

We barely used for a year and had issues monthly so hard to say what we liked. Software issues and service support not there.

Cons

Constant software glitches and not being able to log in from multiple devices. Difficulties canceling services, automatic contract renewals, and charges continuing. We haven’t used for over a year and still being charged. Multiple calls in to cancel before first year was up and after 14 emails we are told we have to continue to pay for when we will not be using.

Easy to navigate and help is always provided. I had little trouble learning how to navigate Filed Pulse.

Cons

There is nothing in the system to let you know the proposal or work order may be a duplicate. Search engine at times does not work well when trying to find proposals or work orders.

My overall experience has been phenomenal. I enjoy using it and learning about new features. I love the chat feature so I can get a quick overview of something to see if it will be useful to use or not.

Pros

I use scheduling, always use the team collaboration features, and sending quotes to the warehouse for ordering. The notification make it easy to keep up with the process start to finish. Customer support is always so helpful and usually answers any questions I have right away.

Cons

That if a work order is created under a customer that it cant be linked to the maintenance agreement.

Needs improvement. Should offer pack slip, Jobs and pymts do not sync to qb right away. Need to contact tech support to get jobs to sync. if a job is entered into qb first it doesnt always transfer to pulse.

I like how the service jobs are automatically entered into QB. I like the quick customer tech support.

Cons

I dont like how charges and taxes change after a job is completed. The class should stay for upcoming jobs. Need pack slip option

Pros

I really like how easy it is to work with. I really appreciate all the integrations it has to our other systems as well. It works great with zapier, quickbooks, etc. Makes our service management run very smoothly.

Cons

I wish the calendar function would work better with our oncall schedule. It would be super helpful to be able to integrate the on-call schedules of all our field techs within fieldpulse and then be able to pull from that in some way. We have to manage that schedule external to fieldpulse though.

Fieldpulse was a much easier system to deploy and use than Odoo. Odoo seems to be a very powerful software, but has a high maintenance effort to run and deploy. Upkeep had a super super strong inventory system, but could not handle field service management. Fieldpulse was easy to set up, learn, adopt to our business, and had the features we needed.

Very pleased. It's not 'custom-created software', but we can't afford that. I'm very pleased with how customizable it IS, however. I found it to be a large learning curve, but the customer support has been sufficient to get us up and running and now that we've been using Field Pulse for 18 months, I rarely need support and using it is smooth.

Pros

FieldPulse is capable of covering a huge range of needs for any service-based business. Client database, item database, quote management, invoicing, automated client connections, and more. The reason we left our previous software was that it didn't provide a platform for our clients to easily view our quotes/invoices on mobile devices (which is what 90% of our clients use!). Additionally, although we still prefer Quickbooks for large-scale accounting purposes, it is very convenient for our clients to be able to make payments right on the same (FieldPulse) link where they view their quote or invoice.

Cons

We still haven't quite been able to successfully sync FieldPulse with Quickbooks Online, mostly because of over a decade of pre-existing Client Lists from 2 different sources.
