It has been great so far. More cosmetic issues we have with how things are laid you for each area for the work orders.

Pros

Flexibility within each area that we use. You can for the most part manipulate what and how you want the sections to come across.

Cons

Page layout with custom forms. Not professional looking. Would like to see header and items like that duplicated on additional pages when the custom form exceeds one page.

Ease of use; inputting information and uploading pictures is a breeze. I use both the desktop version and phone app, both equally easy.

Cons

Initially using the program, but once I played with it using samples, I was able to figure it out.

Since we are so kew it's a bit overwhelming but our implementation specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been great. Can't wait to get going with all it has to offer.

Pros

The customer service is great. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful when I had a question about two factor authorization. He definitely knew what he was doing and an expert in the subject matter.

Cons

So far it has all been a really positive experience. We are relatively new but look forward to learning more of the ins and outs of the software.

I have had a great experience with FieldPulse. I have started my business using it and it has helped me get ahead of the curve when it comes to adding customers and scheduling work. Also invoicing and accepting payments has been super easy as well

Ability to schedule and add customers and payments all from my phone in the field

Support can be difficult at times but when I do have a issue we can get it figured out even if it takes longer then I think it should

Pros

It is able to support us with all of our needs from estimates to invoices to pairing with QuickBooks.

Cons

The estimating software is a little restrictive but still has all of the necessary functions to provide professional estimates.

I was a little unsure at first, but it turns out to be quite easy to follow and add information as needed.

Pros

Plenty of space to add additional contacts, assets, etcetera. Unlimited space to add pictures to individual work order.

Cons

Too many screens to go through to get all the information needed, going back and forth between screens for quotes and such.

### "Beginning FieldPulse "

Not bad. I wish there was crib sheets for entering tasks. We have not got to the phones and sending out work orders yet. It has been kind of confusing. We have a manufacturing accounting and inventory system. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to handle the manufacturing of item. I don't think field Pulse does this.

Pros

The Tracking System seems to work good, I am able to see my units. The help is great I'd give them a 10 out of 10.

Cons

It's hard to read everything in the area given and you have go keep clicking on next. I am still trying to figure out how to build a form that will attach to an inventory Item that can have a variation of amounts entered.

The quoting tools are fantastic, and the setup of full quote templates is such a time-saver.

Pros

I’m a big fan of Field Pulse because it’s super user-friendly. The dashboard is also really attractive and easy to navigate.

Cons

No certificates for the UK market, but we’re working on it!

### "How FieldPulse Has Made My Life Better"

Overall my experience has been good with Field Pulse because I'm still learning different aspects of the program. My Input Technician and Receptionist uses it more than I do, but I can do what I need to do with it.

Pros

What I liked most about Field Pulse is the notifications you get each time there is a service and it also let your clients know that you have received it.

Cons

The thing that I like least about Field Pulse is having to put my invoices on a usb drive to print multiple copies because my old system allowed for me to print them all at once without having to put them on a drive.

It’s been a game changer for us. We can customize just about anything we want to and have proper lines of communication while having everything scheduled. Everything is in one place in the Customer file which makes looking up things very easy!

Pros

It keeps us organized, as well as providing very good communication between our customers and our team!

Lack of automations. There’s some just not enough.

I like the fact the the IT people are very helpful and give detail instructions or videos for problems.

Pros

I'm liking more as the days goes on but it has been a hard transition. I like the IT support and the automatic emails after various updates.

Cons

It has created payments that are non-existence many times. There are areas I feel we are having to repeat putting information in such as contact information. I don't like that it takes the main persons contact information and is tied to each invoice instead of being able to change it to the corresponding project manager or contact person.

Ease of use, frees up so much time during the week

Cons

The customer portal isn't very useful and very little search, filter capabilities all together. The calendar view is hard to view and see open spots at a glance. A simple border around bookings would make this an amazing upgrade. There are 2 different calendar views, makes it confusing and giving wrong dates to customers. 1 starts on Monday and the other starts on Sunday.

It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.

Pros

I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.

Cons

I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.

I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.

Pros

The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.

Cons

When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.

I was able to use all relevant features immediately. My favorite features include knowing when the customers open the estimate or invoice, being able to send via email and text to the customers.

Pros

It is easy to use. It lets you capture the photos(evidence) of your work and to easily document the issues left unresolved and why. My customers love getting professional invoicrs with lots of notes and explanations.

Cons

With poor internet connections it can take a while to upload pictures on the invoice.

FieldPulse is a state-of-the-art CRM/dispatch software that provides full-service integrated modules and two-way sync with Quickbooks. It is user-friendly and saves time with scheduling and payments.

Cons

Difficult to get customer service representative on the phone. Need assistance with specific modules and cannot get help.
