I like the system, especially the customer communication capabilities and the chat feature with a technician

Pros

technicians are super helpful when i have trouble figuring something out. I like to have all the customer/estimate/service info in one spot.

Cons

the substacks are a bit cumbersome, but I am a new user so I am sure it will take some time to get the hang of it.

The depth of features. The integration of Engage phone services is very helpful.

Cons

There seems to be tech/coding glitches that pop up more than I would expect.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to keep track of all my invoices and estimates. It makes it very convenient to view what each one was for due to work order linking..

Cons

I wish an estimate could be linked to multiple work orders or link work orders together. In general, a little more flexibility.

Pros

Field Pulse gives out Quick and reliable responses. The chat wait time wasn't very long and they resolved my issue.

Cons

I do not absolutely love that there are Multiple steps to resolve a simple issue as deleting a user.

Pros

Easy to use. field pulse is an excellent tool for our little company. We use it daily and even use it in the field

Cons

if the job name would appear when you bring all invoices up to look at. No other issues than that I can think of.

I like the fact the the IT people are very helpful and give detail instructions or videos for problems.

Pros

I'm liking more as the days goes on but it has been a hard transition. I like the IT support and the automatic emails after various updates.

Cons

It has created payments that are non-existence many times. There are areas I feel we are having to repeat putting information in such as contact information. I don't like that it takes the main persons contact information and is tied to each invoice instead of being able to change it to the corresponding project manager or contact person.

Pros

Ease of use, frees up so much time during the week

Cons

The customer portal isn't very useful and very little search, filter capabilities all together. The calendar view is hard to view and see open spots at a glance. A simple border around bookings would make this an amazing upgrade. There are 2 different calendar views, makes it confusing and giving wrong dates to customers. 1 starts on Monday and the other starts on Sunday.

Overall, has been great and has allowed us to serve our customers better than previously. We have looked at other service software companies and we still like Fieldpulse and we like that Fieldpulse are constantly upgrading and adding features to the platform, which tells me they are listening to their subscribers/customers!

Pros

Ease of use. Great for small companies down to a 1 man company. Helps streamline operations

Cons

3 small things. I wish we could add the 3% to an invoice or estimate even if were connected to QB. Secondly would be the ability to eithe integrate with a 3rd party price book. Its difficult/cumbersome for small companies to establish a full blown flat rate pricing book(s). lastly, subcontractor usage. Would like to see the ability to have sub oversight. Currently, they have to be a part of the platform which raises cost and they won't need consistent access to the platform. MAybe a hybrid that they have functionality only on assigned jobs...

The customer support is unbeatable, they are always very responsive and go above and beyond to find a solution to any question or problem we have.

Pros

I love that I can see the progress and status of jobs when the technicians are on site. The ease of being able to access information in the field that the office staff are able to upload is great!

Cons

It seems like the desktop version is easier to navigate. The mobile version however is as efficient as it can be with less screen space.

jobs are easy to find with the customers all the job and customer info/notes is in one place

Cons

I'm trying to learn how to estimate and invoice from so that's what I like least right now but it'll be nice once I get it

so far we have liked the software..seems fairly easy enuff to use and so far not lot issues...the techs have not reported many issues with the app as well

Cons

the maintenance customers cannot be labeled by location- we have customers with multiple locations and not all have MA on each location but al locations receive the discount

The agent \[sensitve content hidden\] was professional and responded in a very positive attitude, he was very helpful and asked at the end of the conversation if I was all set and had more questions. The wait time was reasonable for any chat feature. I will certainly use the chat whenever I have a question to be answered quickly.

The agent that responded to my message understood my question and gave precise answers easy to follow

I have no complaints about the chat feature. The wait was reasonable, the agent was very helpful and took his time with me.

I have only been using FP for 3 weeks so still learning. The intake was very instructive, and chat help when I have a question is good. Last question I had Abidove made a short video to explain how to change some settings!

Pros

Very informative training sessions. Easy to learn. Product help is amazing! Pricebook is great for flat rate quotes.

Cons

Quotes/estimates need more layout options. Wish I could copy pricebook items to create more of the same items just in different sizes.

Overall it’s pretty great once you figure it out, it doesn’t take too long to get a hang of it but sometimes I’ll struggle with navigating the app. Keep in mind I’ve only had it for a week so take my review with a grain of salt.

Pros

I like the wide variety of uses I can do, making jobs, estimates, invoices and tracking time all in one app is nice

Cons

Being an electrician we use a lot of different products with specific names, when adding items to invoices some times it’s hard to get an item to pull up without having to spend a bit searching for it. It’s not terrible but trying to find a product/ range of products with a keyword or category would be nice

I don't use it very often, so I don't feel qualified to give an overall experience.

Pros

The database of customers and the integration into email management systems. I don't use it often and usually don't access all the features for my current job duties.

Cons

I don't use it regularly, so when I have to accept payments from time to time, I don't think it's clear where to ACCEPT PAYMENT.

My experience with Field Pulse is neutral. There are some really good features and some annoying ones.

Pros

I like that it is user friendly. It's easy to navigate through the system. Once you get the hang of it, the system has a smooth flow.

Cons

We receive duplicate emails for everything. The system is extremely slow at times. I also dont like that there is no way to actually track our daily payments without adding it ourselves.
