### "Give Field Pulse a chance to modernize your company and make everyone more efficient! "

Pros

Field Pulse has made our day to day operations much more organized and thorough. It enables our techs and office staff to communicate better with each other and with our customers. It has also made dispatching, invoicing, and estimates, all much easier to create and follow up on. It is well worth the money and we more than get a full return on investment by using the product.

Cons

There isn't a payroll feature or section to the software yet. However, they have worked with me to set up a custom sync to Quickbooks Tsheets which has worked for us while they develop that section of the software down the road.

### "Field Pulse is a must have for your business!"

Pros

This program has improved the company in many ways. Our communication with each other and the customer is more efficient and its a big help with invoicing and estimates.

Cons

The lack of payroll functions is about the only issue I have with Field Pulse. However, their backend team has worked with us for workarounds.

### "FieldPulse for an HVAC business"

Overall, I am highly satisfied with and would recommend to any other business. It makes everyday tasks easier and cuts down processes that we had previous to discovering it.

Pros

makes it easy to navigate everyday tasks including scheduling, invoicing and quoting. It integrates with Quickbooks flawlessly.

Cons

I do not like how simplistic the invoices look to our customers. I like to describe the service that was performed and I do not see where this is allowed. I send invoices through Quickbooks as this allows me to be more descriptive.

### "South Shore Lock and Key Review"

We have had positive feedback from all of our team members. It has definitely streamlined our process and made tracking and ordering hardware much easier. We think it was the right move for our team compared to Workiz and Service Fusion

Pros

We like how the system is all in one. We have been able to get rid of 3 different apps so that everything is in one place. The loading times versus QuickBooks have helped us streamline our payment process. And the scheduling feature is helpful to organize all of our information. We especially like the ClearPath and custom statuses.

Cons

Right now the most annoying feature is not having card readers for payment processing. This makes it a lot easier for our techs to be able to take payments. Also the call quality on the phone system is not always clear.

### "Field Pulse praise and complaints"

Overall, it has been OK for me in the office. But the technicians in the field complain that it is SLOW or freezes often. It makes them very frustrated and grumpy. They complain daily about not being to save pictures of their work or collect payments. They are very unhappy with the app.

Pros

I enjoy the customer support. I use it often and they always help in a timely manner. Today \[sensitive content hidden\] saved a lot of frustration when I was locked out of my account. I also enjoy the scheduling tool. It lets me know when I have a conflict in time management of the employees' appointments.

Cons

It is SLOW. Also, it sometimes marks a client's invoice as paid in full and our bookkeeper finds that it has not been paid in full. This is very difficult to address with customers. They become suspicious and feel like we are trying to trick them. Especially elderly customers.

We originally worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] and she was super helpful! We now work with \[sensitive content hidden\] and she is just as great. They both are very well trained and quick to find answers to any question i have if answer is unknown in the moment.

Pros

Quick response and awesome customer support. As a small family owned business having people who are quick to respond to an email text and call is super helpful! System is pretty user friendly.

Cons

Phone call aren't linked to customers profiles/ jobs. It would be helpful if techs could listen to the phone call from to get a better understanding of what the Customer needs.

I like the how easy it is to build estimates, convert to invoices, and collect payment all in the same platform

Cons

My only complaint about is that I wish it was tied directly in with my distributor so I could have automatic price updates.

### "Comprehensive CRM and getting better"

Overall a good experience, we are a 16 year service company and glad we made the effort to switch over.

Pros

offers competitive features of some of the larger CRMs without breaking the bank. The reporting is so much better than our previous CRM, and this has given us visibility we never had on our financials. We also love that there is a weekly meeting with our Customer Success Manager where we can ask for workflow help, make feature requests, and stay in the loop on updates. Also seems like they have a lot of goals in the coming months to keep improving the product.

Cons

Some product features are still incomplete or don't run smoothly - they have the feel of a rushed product. In some cases it is better than nothing, but could use some UI/Quality of life improvement.

### "Beware of this software"

Again they make the software seem like it is one of the top softwares out there but they do not tell you that you need to buy add-ons for the software to work correctly. You cannot call a customer, text a customer or even email a customer and the usual manner that you would with other softwares. You need to buy a upgrade which is another thousand plus dollars for it to work right. So by the end of the day you're paying $5,000 for a system that doesn't work as efficiently as others. I am currently using a different server which I will not mention that does this and way more.

Pros

Initially they make the software sound great! But when you dive deep into it it is more problematic than any other software I have used. They do not tell you that you need to buy a specific add-on for the whole software to work correctly. I have a long paper trail of me trying to fight for my money back because of the add-on that I purchased for my system to work correctly didn't even work correctly. I'm talking to an individual name \[sensitive content hidden\] and numerous individuals through customer support but they always lead me back to the same individual. They will not raise the situation to a higher level and they keep pushing me off. I strongly urge you not to buy into the software

Cons

They are quick to take your money but they are not so quick to give it back to you! Make sure you do your homework when it comes to the software. And make sure you ask him about their text messaging, emailing, and even the ability to call customers directly. It's just not there without having to purchase additional add-ons.

Absolutely love the program. Would recommend 10/10. The value to cost isn't comparable. Similar Programs are far too expensive and do the same thing.

Pros

Forms is my favorite part of the whole program. But the seamless integration each add on and functions of Field Pulse are great also.

Cons

Wish there was more training experiences or training videos. And sometimes i have difficulty with the Customer option when its for a commercial company that has many properties. Scheduling is easy and makes adding site visits a sinch.

My experience with so far has been great! All the staff thus far has been outstanding! I've gotten the answers and assistance I needed in a timely manner. Since implementing FieldPulse, our productivity has become more efficient and sales have increased.

Pros

With , I get outstanding customer support on demand. Tracking work orders and invoices is more efficient with color and tags.

Cons

I started using less than 10 days, so there is much more to learn. So far I have not found anything I don't like.

I'm the new Office Administrator at Volt Elec. The Field Pulse Team is AMAZING! Since I am new at my position and with learning everything about the office and the functionalities of Field Pulse having the chat feature right at my fingertips is fantastic. The team at Field Pulse always responds to me and are extremely helpful. It's like having a Field Pulse Team member sit right next to me. I love it!

What I like most about Field Pulse is that they are extremely helpful. They are always there when I need them. The chat feature is amazing! The Field Pulse Team is very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and professional. Field Pulse makes me feel like they are part of our Volt Electric Family.

Cons

I truly cannot come with anything that I like lease about Field Pulse. The team is FANTASTIC! As I embark in other areas of Field Pulse, I will be able to answer this question. However as of now, I cannot come up anything.

### "FieldPulse - Best Bang for the Buck!"

For the most part, excellent. I highly recommend every chance I get. It's not too often you find a company and product that check off most of our requirements.

Pros

Flexibility to support our business processes, innovative company that is consistently improving its product features, responsive support, and reasonable pricing.

Cons

• Bombarded with feedback requests, of which have little to do with product improvement. • FP is targeted at service industry, Time & Material payment model. While you can defiantly use FP to run a remodeling and maintenance business, the platform's functions and features don't truly align with the standard construction project's lifecycle. (Bid Work, Award Work, Material Requisitions, Mobilize and track progress (hours & cost), progress billing, and completion.) Of course, if it did all that, I'm not sure we could afford it! So there is always a trade off.

Vonigo is a train wreck. We work in 5 different counties and it couldn't even calculate sales tax correctly. They kept telling me to use zip codes to track your sales tax rates. The US Post Office does not collect sales tax, Each county collect sales tax at various rates. Counties and Zip Codes are not the same thing.

Pros

One of the best things about working with is the support. When I have a question or concern, they are very responsive and helpful.

Cons

One challenge with is the ability to upload photos with notes for each job. The work around for that is integrating CompanyCam with FieldPulse which solves the problem.

Overall, it has been much better than other Field Service Software that we have used in the past. From estimates to invoices it saves us hours of time.

Pros

The ease of use between the app and desktop app. Our technicians don't need deep training to understand the app, and we are able to limit what they can see and edit. So less mistakes get made in office.

Cons

There could be better intergrations with maintenance agreements at commercial buildings like apartments that have more than 5 units.

Its always been great! What I really love and appreciate is their fast response to any questions or concerns.

Pros

Scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication became a lot easier to manage day to day. The app is pretty easy to use, and it helped our office and technicians stay on the same page. Overall, it made our workflow smoother and helped us stay more efficient. Their customer service is always great and fast when I need them.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t really have any major complaints. Like any software, there’s always a small learning curve when first getting started, but overall the platform has been easy to use and has continued improving over time. The support team has also been helpful whenever questions came up.

### "Users beware of software issues and being “locked in” "

Horrible as the time we used we had issues. Tried to cancel over phone and not successful. Then told by email we have to. 14 emails and finally told we could only finally be canceled after paying for another full year.

Pros

We barely used for a year and had issues monthly so hard to say what we liked. Software issues and service support not there.

Cons

Constant software glitches and not being able to log in from multiple devices. Difficulties canceling services, automatic contract renewals, and charges continuing. We haven’t used for over a year and still being charged. Multiple calls in to cancel before first year was up and after 14 emails we are told we have to continue to pay for when we will not be using.

Customer support is quick and efficient. They not only help resolve the issue each time but they also help you find the resources you might need in the future yourself. Capturing employee timesheets is much more efficient now.

Sometimes certain features have to be enabled by . You have to contact customer support to resolve certain issues.

My overall experience has been phenomenal. I enjoy using it and learning about new features. I love the chat feature so I can get a quick overview of something to see if it will be useful to use or not.

Pros

I use scheduling, always use the team collaboration features, and sending quotes to the warehouse for ordering. The notification make it easy to keep up with the process start to finish. Customer support is always so helpful and usually answers any questions I have right away.

Cons

That if a work order is created under a customer that it cant be linked to the maintenance agreement.

Overall, my experience has be great with . It has made me a more efficient manager with job scheduling and gathering reporting data for my department.

Pros

What I like about is the Project templates. It saves so much time creating jobs and invoices for each project. Report templates are super helpful for getting my weekly data fast.

Cons

Specifically, with the Individual view on Team schedule, I would like to be able to drag tiles to change the time of jobs. It is slow at times but not to often.

### "Fresh new Software that is easy to use"

So far I'd give it an 8/10. They have a few bugs to fix, but they seem to be working on it hopefully.

Pros

Customer support is pretty awesome so far. The options, and features are so easy to use. The best part is if you do make a mistake, its fixable. Our old software you could not fix anything. Another fabulous feature is quick books can talk to it, and you can talk to quick books. So if changes need to happen, it can be done both ways.

Cons

The dispatch board is not very user-friendly. There aren't many preferences to turn off views for certain people. You can't see the unassigned board on your phone. If you have to make multiple visits and are not sure when you need to go again, you cannot put it on the unassigned board as a holding spot, as it will get lost.

### "Game Changer "

We have had a positive experience overall. We are happy we made the decision to use FieldPulde as our Field Management Service.

Pros

has definitely been a game changer for us. We have great customer support not only from our representative but from the team. The platform is easy to use from scheduling to dispatching and team workflow.

Cons

There are featured we would love to see added that make things easier when updating pricebook, templates and images. Currently we have to go back and recreate.

### "Fieldpulse was exactly what we were looking for"

We switched from an outdated field service software to about 6 months ago. Fieldpulse is so much easier to use and more powerful in its capabilities, particularly in areas like CRM, Quoting & Invoicing, and generating reports. The app is very customizable and flexible in how you want to use it. Transitioning our company to an entirely new field management software has been a huge undertaking, but Fieldpulse's customer support team has been fantastic every step of the way, and it's very easy to get answers to questions and get problems resolved quickly. It has made my work life much easier.

Pros

\- is flexible and has a wide range of customizable features - Customer support is responsive and keeps you informed of progress resolving issues. - Automated customer communications makes CRM much easier - Integrated item lists, scheduling, invoicing, inventory, and communications all in one app.

Cons

\- Some bugs and kinks are still being worked out, but most of them have been pretty minor and quickly resolved. - Load times are sometimes slow and occasionally you have to refresh the page to get it to load properly.
