Their online chat customer support has generally been very helpful. Other "fixes" or looking into questions that we have seems to take a little while, to the point that I wonder if they've forgotten about our request or if they're still working on it.

Pros

the best part about FieldPulse is the scheduling and work orders all being in one place and accessible from the app anywhere I am. Invoicing from the app is also convenient and saves time.

Cons

There are random glitches where certain things stop working/ don't work. For example, the option to have the customer pay online randomly quit working even though we were selecting that option. It simply wasn't available to the customer and they were reaching out to us. There are other things that we feel should be an option as well, especially for the price.

Pros

Very intuitive product, clean looking. The user interface is straightforward, making it easy for anyone to navigate without confusion. Additionally, the design is sleek and modern, which adds to the overall appeal and enhances the user experience.

Cons

Pros

What we like most about FieldPulse is without a doubt the amazing customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\]! She consistently goes above and beyond—always being extremely helpful, patient, and flexible whenever we need support. Her guidance makes the transition and daily use of the software so much smoother, especially for a new hire. In addition, we really value the ease of use for everyone on our team. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which allows our staff to learn quickly and stay productive without a steep learning curve. Another huge benefit is that the software is built with plenty of room for growth, which gives us confidence that as our business continues to expand, FieldPulse grows and adapts right alongside us. Overall, the combination of excellent support, user-friendly design, and scalability makes it a perfect fit for our needs.

Cons

The updates could roll out quicker, and syncing invoices with QuickBooks should be smoother and easier.

### "Lots of features added at no cost"

Overall very good, it fits a small to medium-sized service business very well. The support is always available.

Pros

They continue to add features for our existing subscription. They are open to suggestions and often implement features based on users requests.

Cons

There are glitches and things that can't be done on the app that can be done on the desktop version. The app being what most technicians use, it could be more robust like the desktop, and we have issues with it locking up onsite. It's not the tablet or the cellular coverage, all other apps work when it locks.

### "You have to take a look at this software!"

Overall, my experience with FieldPulse has been positive. From implementation to support after startup. If your shopping for new business software, it's worth the time to look.

Pros

I do like the versatility of the platform. Implementation was great, everyone we've worked with has been friendly and helpful.

Cons

Like any software, there are bugs and most are dealt with pretty fast. Suggested upgrades...not sure if they actually push them to the programmers. Need to let users know when updates have been implemented.

Pros

I like that Fieldpulse has so many integrations and capabilities that makes it easy for our team to complete all of their necessary work. It's a great tool to have everything in one place instead of having to use 5 different softwares to acheive one thing!

Cons

There's a few features such as being able to quickly edit jobs on the dispatch board, bugs here and there, etc that I believe could be resolved in the future. They are so minimal that it makes the pros much more worth it.

Great- we recommend to all of our partners. Easy to use and great customer service. Like the phone app for admin use

Pros

Easy for office staff to use. I like that cc payments are easy to access. Having \[sensitive content hidden\] as a designated rep is a game changer. I left Service Titan because they had little to no customer service and it became to difficult to use. The only help chat is also very good.

Cons

Glitches in the system (that are always addressed quickly). The guys in the field have a hard time loading photos an sometimes their write ups disappear when they think they are saved. Turning estimates into invoices is confusing - sometimes the estimate says open and a new job # is open. Looks like estimates are open but they are sold under a separate job #

Our overall experience has been good. Fieldpulse focuses on listening to their customers to try and come up with solutions to their problems and needs. No platform can be flawless, but they do try to make things run smoothly

Pros

The customer service is great. Our rep \[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic. He is always very quick to respond and get our needs met. Today, our meeting was running longer than planned, so he fit me on his schedule for a second meeting later in the day. Always very accommodating!

Cons

Sometimes the platform runs slowly and takes some time to load. I am told they are working this out though.

There is great customer support that is personal and accurate. They help talk through any concerns I have or things I don't fully understand inside FieldPulse

Cons

I wish things were more seamless and customizable. I want to be able to block off time and use my calendar to plan my entire week without having to associate every job or meeting with a customer or Job.

Pros

FieldPulse is definitely a more “in date” software. We use it daily here for our Invoicing and payments.

Cons

I’m not going to sugar coat it. FieldPulse is great like I mentioned before but most of the time it lags. You cannot have too many users on at once. I think it lags because of how many updates it goes through monthly.

\[sensitive content hidden\] is great - She takes care of my needs. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the chat help feature is out of this world. I have launched systems before, and you find yourself creating work arounds because the lack of training and support- that is not the case with this product

Pros

Easy to navigate and the support is superior. Links to QuickBooks online was simple. The web platform is really nice to access anywhere you have signal.

Cons

Would not be a review if I did not mention the field techs losing their work when signal is spotty - the offline method has not been successful for us yet. Clunky when trying to group customers and assets.

there are many functions we aren't using yet, but as time goes by I would like to integrate more of our business, as Fiedpulse is a very good CRM.

Pros

The customer service is always excellent. The chat function is great and they are always helpful when I ask questions.

Cons

I would like the time clock function to sync back to Workforce by Intuit and for there to be a field in Jobs for total hours in your estimate. Then if my painters used the time clock function I would like that calculate against the budget hours on the job.

### "Construction/Service Company Field Pulse Overview"

Overall our experience with Field Pulse has been great. Minor setbacks with QBO but the Field Pulse team is always able to get us a work around for the issues we have.

Pros

We like the ability to house all of our operations into one program. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, timesheets etc.

Cons

The integration to QBO is not seamless. QBO is the main limiting factor to the integration and it limits a lot of capabilities on the field pulse side.

It does the job we need it to. The other CRMs in the past did not quite meet the mark, but Field Pulse does.

Pros

I like how all jobs are able to get grouped under individual projects. Being able to view multiple employees schedules at once is helpful.

Cons

Being a manager, it takes a long time for the app to load employee schedules. I wish there was a way on the calendar view to let me know that there is an open invoice when the job has been marked complete.

Needs improvement. Should offer pack slip, Jobs and pymts do not sync to qb right away. Need to contact tech support to get jobs to sync. if a job is entered into qb first it doesnt always transfer to pulse.

Pros

I like how the service jobs are automatically entered into QB. I like the quick customer tech support.

Cons

I dont like how charges and taxes change after a job is completed. The class should stay for upcoming jobs. Need pack slip option

We can from pen/paper and spreadsheets to FieldPulse so it a big improvement and has given us visibility into our Business we didn't have before, like profitability by customer. The onboarding support was excellent. Our rep quickly understood our issues and offered solutions on how to FieldPulse functions to solve them. They also did a great job of answering all our questions as we started and guiding us on how to implement the app. They even recorded a training session that we can use for new people join our company.

Pros

\-Ease of use for mobile app and web app. -Ability to quickly create quotes or invoices from jobs. -Easily create reports including columns desired and filtering out data now wanted. -Fleeting tracking via plug-in device in company vehicle (vs Tech's phone)

Cons

Had to give each Technican the Team manager role (vs agent) to be able to do all the functions we need them to do.

Reason for choosing FieldPulse

It was best fit for reasonable price - FieldEdge during demo told us they best fit for residential service, not industrial which we needed - Zuper was close 2nd, but reviews of customer support weren't as good and they had fleet tracking via techs phones, not plug-in device - ServiceTitan response time was terrible and price was 5 times higher for same function. It took 3 weeks to get a demo, then they told us it would be about 2 months after purchase before could start onboarding. They promised a set of earbuds for doing the demo which they never sent. Have nothing positive to say about my ServiceTitan experience.

Needed to move beyond paper forms and spreadsheets. Was too dependent on 1 person having the paperwork (job tickets, order receipts) or emails. Now our techs can put image of everything in jobs and anyone in office can create quotes/invoices without missing something. Also had to good way to do analysis on the business. Now can quickly pull reports on Invoices sent by customer, by month, overdue or jobs in progress or ready to invoice.

My overall experience with Fieldpulse has been great! It's fast, reliable and amazing customer service

Pros

It's a detailed program but easy to use and understand. The customer service is amazing and always quick with a response. When I have an issue they don't quite know how to fix they forward it to their engineering department and are always giving updates. They also have extensive training videos on the program which come in hand

Cons

The app doesn't match the website. Only on the website can you add tax to invoices, change discount from dollar to percentage amount. These are issues I have brought up with fieldpulse and they are working on fixing it which is amazing

### "Customer Service Chat Help"

Overall, we are very pleased. Our technicians are also pleased with the user friendliness of the app. They have stated that it is easy to work with and navigate.

Pros

The transition to Fieldpulse has been fairly easy. I love the chat feature to get quick answers or issues resolved in a timely manner. This is much easier than having to call in or wait for an email response. They have always gotten back to me if they are not able to answer or solve my issue right away.

Cons

As with anything new, there are bugs or things that have to be worked through. I feel that the customer service has been great in resolving issues and answering questions as we learn the new software.

It has been just ok, a slow process due to a new platform. I hope it will all be worked out and become a good platform for us.

Pros

I like that there are multiple avenues to explore and still new to this program. I see the potential for New Construction jobs.

Cons

I least like that it runs so slow... always takes awhile to navigate through and have to refresh multiple times...and files do not merge over with pictures. If you delete a file it is not easy to retrieve it.

I'm locked into a $9k contract til October hoping like hell I can find a replacement before then. We started 2022.

Pros

recurring jobs sms to client crm forms full system app on iphone for managers

Cons

forms dont work and are now a separate fee?? costly per user when half of my staff only work a few hours a week Price increases are arbitrary and not negotiated - discount "disappreared" they change reports and things we need go missing eg gps corordinates taken off the timesheet report very slow to load - have to have nothing else running The Load More Option bottom of the screen is very annoying clients (180) all sent 50-100 text messages one Sunday morning - I lost actual clients over this Users - each time you add a new user you get charged even if you have deactivated one prior - then wrangling for a refund. help desk - they guys try really hard but without a phone interface its really difficult to explain each bug to them, time consuming Xero interface - creates errors in GST Payrix inferface - gavre up on this too as it was expensive and could not "see credits" or "discounts" and messed with the actual Xero accounting credibility. Historial lack of accuracy - as we have to keep using "seats "over and over, If i look back to a job two years ago it will show the staff member today holding that seat.

After researching ServiceTitan, many users did not like it for various reasons, and it was more expensive. FieldPulse appeared to hit the sweet spot for price/feature balance to accommodate our needs.

The company that produced Wintac did not exist anymore and we were starting to run into problems. It also felt very outdated and did not provide modern software features.

I really like the platform and I know I made the right choice with the platform. I see this being a great asset to my business and it's success.

Pros

Easy to use and has lots of features that are very helpful to a field service tech business. Email automations are great and add a nice touch to stay in contact with your customers. Field pulse payments and Quickbooks sync software has been excellent as well. The customer support has also been extremely helpful.

Cons

Navigation around the system needs to be better. When I make an estimate, invoice, asset, or anything really, once it is saved I need to click back to the starting point to enter more information again. The back buttons exist but ask you if you are sure you want to leave the page as if you didn't enter data into the fields just prior.

Reason for choosing FieldPulse

I liked the asset management along with the way that invoices, estimates, and payments are handled. These are the most critical parts of the administration of the business. This is what gets into the customers hands and allows them to see what they are purchasing. FP provides a great product here.
