I have better results with online chat than I did trying to get a hold of them over the phone. I called three times and spent a lot of time on the phone but when I used chat. It worked out a lot better and faster.

Pros

I love that I’m able to sign in to The chat feature and resolve any questions I have very timely. They are able to give you a quick fix or teach you exactly how to do it

Cons

Calling field pulse it is very frustrating because the phone rings for a year and then you have to leave a message for somebody to call you back

It has been just ok, a slow process due to a new platform. I hope it will all be worked out and become a good platform for us.

Pros

I like that there are multiple avenues to explore and still new to this program. I see the potential for New Construction jobs.

Cons

I least like that it runs so slow... always takes awhile to navigate through and have to refresh multiple times...and files do not merge over with pictures. If you delete a file it is not easy to retrieve it.

Pros

It keeps scheduling, estimates, invoices, and customer info organized in one easy place for the use of us.

Cons

Sometimes there are technical issues, but most software has similar problems from time to time so its not a big deal.

Overall our experience has been great. We knew going into it that some things would be different than our current system, however the support team addresses all of our issues quickly and the software is meeting our expectations.

Pros

Support team. The customer support is fantastic; fast response and resolution to any issues that have arisen.

Cons

The schedule could use some more customization features, such as the ability to modify the day start/end times.

After researching ServiceTitan, many users did not like it for various reasons, and it was more expensive. FieldPulse appeared to hit the sweet spot for price/feature balance to accommodate our needs.

### "Good but could be better "

I think its the best so far. I hope it continues to improve. Support is the best. However, I find that I keep missing appointments due to lack of alarms/reminders

Pros

The clean UI in ios and Windows. THAT IT SYNCS WITH QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP!!! That was a BIG reason for choosing FP over other products. Not everyone can live with QBO.

Cons

No pre appointment alarms. I can't seem to be able to see the "big picture" of jobs that need following up—one has to drill down to see this. Big one here: there's no "today button" in any of the calendars to jump to today's date. Its very hard to see todays date. Only the font is blue. The app doesn't refresh well. Oftentimes I have to kill the ios app and relaunch to confirm appointments actually make it on the calendar. Pull down to refresh is not reliable. But then again it is a web app. I wish subtasks can have their due dates cleared

The team work scheduling is helpful but I'm not particularly fond of the layout of the invoice and think it looks messy and is difficult to put information in that I feel is pertinent to the job. The invoice template is not what I would choose AT ALL.

Pros

Job scheduling for the team is helpful and I guess is useful for the techs in the field. I can change their job lineups and they get the message, thereby alleviating time lost in phone calls.

Cons

Very convoluted and confusing at times. Seems to be a lot of back and forth, here and there and everywhere to go through to reach my goal.

Overall, it has been a good experience, I think there are some kinks that need to be worked out to make the app and software run a bit smoother but all in all the software does exactly what it needs to do.

Pros

The link with QuickBooks is both ways which makes things much easier, the engage feature is very helpful and Customer Service team is very responsive

Cons

sometimes my techs in the field have issues with the app loading, and with their information loading. While the syncing with QuickBooks is an amazing feature I have experienced some issues with things not syncing.

Pros

FieldPulse has an attractive look and appears to be user friendly without overcomplicating unnecessary widgets and distracting features.

Cons

Some of the repetitive/similar terminology makes it hard to differentiate but is being referred to. I've provided a lot of product requests with zero solutions. Reporting is clunky.

FieldPulse is designed well and is pretty straight forward & easy to use. A few minor adjustments would help (see prior response).

Pros

The Help chat was excellent at taking time to answer my question. \[sensitive content hidden\] made sure to successfully explain the process we were trying for a while to figure out.

Cons

The glitches while doing a task cause some information to not be saved, thus causing issues with input, orders and scheduling. Also, there are times I wish there was the opportunity to change the color of a scheduled task/estimate/install, etc.

Pros

I like that you can chat with someone to get fast results on fixing issues, figuring out problems. Everyone is always very nice too.

Cons

when the system seems to freeze and just get the spinning circle, but it's an easy fix by exiting and then logging back in.

We are very happy with our experience after using the system for 9 months. We like the enhanced support, and it was worth adding on to our contract. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been working with us, and I can't say enough about how good she has been. Her willingness to help and look into challenges we have has been really great. I commend her for the job she is doing.

Pros

The software really works well for service, dispatch and customer records. So far, the system is doing most of what we need.

Cons

The QuickBooks desktop integration can be challenging. The reporting is difficult to figure out without support. It would be nice if it was simple to pull reports without help.

Excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] our Customer Success Manager has been incredible partner in getting us more familiar with the system and how to transition over from QB.

Pros

FieldPulse has been a game changer for our business. The customer support is excellent, and the platform has made running our day-to-day operations far more efficient. Highly recommend.

Cons

The only area I see as a negative so far is that the service charge on credit card payments for our customers is a point higher than QuickBooks. We have not used the payment option yet, but I also think we receive our money faster using QB without additional service fees.

The functionality to search Work Orders & how user friendly it can be. The layout is also a bonus as it helps keep everything in order.

Cons

The "Load More" button at the bottom of EVERY search. It can be difficult to create a report from the "reports" section due to the amount of search options.

Very user friendly. As a project manager, i love being able to manage projects within the software. Using gantt charts, subtasks, completion percentages, etc.

Cons

NOt much I don't like. Way better than some of the competing options. If I had to say something, I would say the mobile app could be improved.

Pros

I like the easy of the platform. easy to start my day off in the dashboard with all of my main screens in view. Our FieldPulse team has been excellent from the on boarding to our specialist \[sensitive content hidden\] . \[sensitive content hidden\] is very knowledgeable and patient, if I have any issues with the platform she is always available.

Cons

I didn't use another platform beforehand to compare it too. any issues I have had \[sensitive content hidden\] took care off and when we started working with \[sensitive content hidden\] she made sure any issues were taken care of immediately

Overall with FieldPulse the good far outweighs the bad. We have gone from $40k in early December to pacing $120k in gross profit this month.

Pros

I really like the FieldPulse app because it helps keep everyone in our company on the same page. Before we started using it, we had to constantly check in with each other to find out where people were, what jobs were being handled, and what still needed attention. Now, all that information is right at our fingertips. It saves us a lot of time and energy by cutting down on unnecessary calls and texts. One of the biggest benefits is the increased efficiency—it’s helped us miss fewer appointments because we have better visibility of our schedules and job statuses. With everyone connected through FieldPulse, our operations run smoother, communication is clearer, and nothing important slips through the cracks.

Cons

The least thing I like about FieldPulse currently is the integration with the map. If there was a way for us to use the map feature to see where all of our customers are located when there is no task assigned to them that would help us out tremendously in scheduling routes checking in with past customers.

### "Fieldpulse - Does NOT have its finger on the Pulse!"

I'm locked into a $9k contract til October hoping like hell I can find a replacement before then. We started 2022.

Pros

recurring jobs sms to client crm forms full system app on iphone for managers

Cons

forms dont work and are now a separate fee?? costly per user when half of my staff only work a few hours a week Price increases are arbitrary and not negotiated - discount "disappreared" they change reports and things we need go missing eg gps corordinates taken off the timesheet report very slow to load - have to have nothing else running The Load More Option bottom of the screen is very annoying clients (180) all sent 50-100 text messages one Sunday morning - I lost actual clients over this Users - each time you add a new user you get charged even if you have deactivated one prior - then wrangling for a refund. help desk - they guys try really hard but without a phone interface its really difficult to explain each bug to them, time consuming Xero interface - creates errors in GST Payrix inferface - gavre up on this too as it was expensive and could not "see credits" or "discounts" and messed with the actual Xero accounting credibility. Historial lack of accuracy - as we have to keep using "seats "over and over, If i look back to a job two years ago it will show the staff member today holding that seat.

### "Amazing CRM system!"

FieldPulse is the best scheduling system i have used in my 7 years of working with a company that uses one. Very little cons to this system from ones we have previously tried and a lot faster to learn and deal with/schedule customers. Id say FieldPulse is a top of the line scheduling software and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about using them.

Pros

Easy scheduling Easy customer addresses/accounts with multiple Invoicing very to the point Customer support amazing! Assigning tasks super easy, can add templates for faster work approach assets on customers is wonderful

Cons

Not being able to change how field techs are managed on the schedule, and cant change hours of operation on schedule to block out when we are not working

It is ok for the price. We have learned it's quirks and have tried to adjust

Pros

We can customize many aspects to fit how we work. It has made organizing jobs much easier

Cons

It is glitchy sometimes. I can not do things like make text bold or underline in the narrative of the quotes. The extra step of having to push upload after taking photos means that sometimes it does not happen. Would be better if the photos also went into the camera roll. It needs to intigrate with the phone book on iphone and android. We tried engage but it was terrible so now I have to cut and paste phone numbers, email addresses etc. It needs to sync contacts.

I really like the platform and I know I made the right choice with the platform. I see this being a great asset to my business and it's success.

Pros

Easy to use and has lots of features that are very helpful to a field service tech business. Email automations are great and add a nice touch to stay in contact with your customers. Field pulse payments and Quickbooks sync software has been excellent as well. The customer support has also been extremely helpful.

Cons

Navigation around the system needs to be better. When I make an estimate, invoice, asset, or anything really, once it is saved I need to click back to the starting point to enter more information again. The back buttons exist but ask you if you are sure you want to leave the page as if you didn't enter data into the fields just prior.

I liked the asset management along with the way that invoices, estimates, and payments are handled. These are the most critical parts of the administration of the business. This is what gets into the customers hands and allows them to see what they are purchasing. FP provides a great product here.
