Really positive! Would recommend it to other businesses especially with the support you get using the software.

Pros

Their customer support is unmatched. We looked at a bunch of different softwares before deciding and I'm so glad we went with FieldPulse because of how great the support is. Because of the team member assigned to us we are able to get everything we need and want out of the software. \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best!

Cons

I would have said there was a lot going on in the app so it was super tech-friendly, but they just implemented clear path which makes it so much more user-friendly and simple for our techs!

### "GREAT customer service"

Our experience has been positive. We find it efficient and useful, and a crucial piece of our technology for successful business!

Pros

The customer service is top notch and the scheduling options (map v. weekly v. gannt/dispatch) is truly valuable. The collaboration that our team uses it for allows us to stay in top of real-time installation and estimate statuses.

Cons

The way "notes" show up in random places for different team members makes it challenging sometimes. But we are learning more about the system every day, which means we will probably figure that out soon. We also have some trouble getting transaction to sync.

### "Contractors Beware, They will Hold your income !!!"

Turning out to be a bad business decisiion. As of currently, a payment in excess of $13,000. was made by our Client. They never made the Payout and provide daily excuses and false statement for when it will be deposited. We are are supposed to be PAID Daily. This is our money, not there's. They will attempt to inflate your original subscription. Not an honest company.

Pros

Initially, I liked the multiple integrated platforms.

Cons

The Payouts are not consistent and for some reason, they will withdraw from your account, instead of depositing. They will Lie and provide False Excuses !!

Overall I love the reporting features. Very useful when tracking cost and billing. I do not like the facts that invoices are marked as sent when an invoice has been only been finalize, and not actually sent to the customer. Other than those minor issues, I would def recommend. Customer service is very helpful, and they respond in a timely manner.

I like that we can design templets for future project use. The fleet tracking feature and the reporting features are top tier. The scheduling can very very customized to you liking, which is very conve

I do not like the constant pop ups on scheduling conflicts. I get it, but it happens before you can pick future dates.

### "Owners Beware...Will cost you business, not help gain it!!"

Fake customer service personal. They say they want to help but do thing! They don't even try to make their mistakes right with their customers.

Pros

The scheduling system is helpful to get jobs assigned to each employee and keep track of how long jobs take.

Cons

The FieldPulse system will make up Invoices, without you knowing, and will send them to customers, who don't owe you any money. FieldPulse will do nothing about it except say that their screw up to 193 customers is not "a breech of contract".....Bad Company.....Stay away!!

I'm very happy with the platform so far. Perhaps the platform's best attribute is that our employees love it.

Pros

The support is extremely good. Most issues are corrected within a few short minutes. They additionally set up tutorials for new customers and you'll be up to speed in no time.

Cons

I would add some names to the system (not managed techs), like helpers. This would be helpful in scheduling them for remote assignment.

Customer service is always after your best interest. Someone has an answer for all your questions. If they mess up, they admit it and fix it. If there is a way they can improve, they do everything to make it happen. I love the product, and the people too.

Pros

Their team wants you to succeed! They will teach you, give you advice, and make sure your experience is a positive one. -Great Project Management, whether you do commercial or residential -Clean Customer Communication -Easy and Accurate Estimate creating -Extremely Customizable Line items (with groupings, you can list services and parts as one combined item!) -Detailed notes, for internal records or for the customers -Simple payment processing

Cons

\-You have to commit and really dive in. (1yr commitment) If you are questioning and on the fence you won't get to experience how great their product is.

I would say 8/10 would recommend to others. Its pretty savvy a little clicky but overall good experience.

Pros

The scheduling is awesome. I like how you can see where and what your technicians are doing at all times.

Cons

You cant customize fields you want to see in certain views like if you purchase you cant see the estimated arrival date or any special comments.

FieldPulse adds values to the company. A favorite feature is the group collaboration on task for every single person involved adds notes for all to review.

Pros

FieldPulse makes it easy to schedule new task and super easy to review previous ones. The option to add multiple people on one task for team work.

Cons

A con for FieldPulse is the manually input of credit card number in the payment setting. Also working offline sometimes doesn’t save work but that’s when service is low.

### "FieldPulse is My Competitive Edge to Win Bids"

A+ experience, beyond the fact that they have the best platform in my opinion (I tried others before switching to FP), their customer service team is elite and are quick to clear things up, fix minor bugs, etc.

Pros

I consistently win bids where the customer says something along the lines of, "You just had the most thorough estimate" or "Your estimate wasn't the cheapest, but it was definitely the best" and this is largely a result of the features FieldPulse has (add pictures, import templates, etc.)

Cons

A few things that I hope are on the roadmap: ability to add multiple pictures at a time on desktop, a cheaper option to bring on my employees that allows them to use the timesheets / read-only the work orders, and be able to assign specific equipment to jobs.

It's been really good but I think it can take a long time to get a system streamlined and I sometimes feel like I'm not utilizing all the benefits of it and just don't have enough time in a day to learn.

Pros

I like that I can have everything consolidated in one application instead of bouncing around in different ones. The chat support option is especially helpful.

Cons

The tax rates tend to get messed up between QBO and FieldPulse. Sometimes, it just feels too busy and there are unnecessary features that I wish we could just remove for our system.

### "Finally found a system to help with custom KPIs in the appliance repair field"

Their support staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Chat people reply within a few minutes at most, and know what they are doing. I am struggling with the custom reports, but that is probably on me and doing the training.

Pros

It sort through a lot of data quickly. Custom reporting. Custom dashboards for quick KPI access. The individual work orders connect to the estimates, invoices and PO's very well. Subtasks allow you to keep all your inquires to other staff in one place so you can track communication about the individual work orders, and not have to look at several sources.

Cons

The assets - not easy to access - do not follow the job - so that the invoice does not have the asset attached when you look at it for warranty filing. We did find that the files (photos) do stay with the PO - so if the PO is attached to the invoice - you can get the files and photos quickly that way. Also wish you were linked with Service Power to quickly file our claims with the manufacturers.

### "Great tool for scheduling, invoicing, all in one "

It needs a few adjustments, but overall I really enjoy Fieldpulse, it helps tremendously with data management. Their support is usually pretty good at helping. It has also saved us with reports so that we can quickly tell who we have yet to invoice, our sales, who is still pending payment. etc.

Pros

I had considered getting FieldPulse to help keep track of clients appointments, scheduling, and invoicing.

Cons

It seems to be newer to the industry so there are still some things that need to fixed. I.e. employee clock in and out are not syncable to qb. But for some reason only 2 of my employee's time are synced when msg tech support they are unable to sync anyone else.

I would recommend a little more onboarding help. But given the ability to live chat when you run into issues helps mitigate issues that may arise during use.

Been enjoying FP for the last 2 years. It has been a good fit for out appliance repair business and the staff have been amazing and helpful whenever needed.

Pros

The awesome help from \[sensitive content hidden\]!! I had a question concerning credit card billing and he sent me a very thorough video that answered all my questions.

I do wish I could put in a model or serial # to look up jobs but overall this has been working very well for out business.

It's very detailed. Definetly has customization advantages but I feel some things should just be ready to go. It can take a lot of set up time on clients end.

Pros

Fieldpulse has available agents on chat to help with any issues or questions you are having. They also provide a self help page for questions and assistance with Field pulse program.

Cons

There are times when I need an answer quickly but the chat representative can take time to respond. (More than 5-7 min. of waiting)

Great overall 10-10. Wish it didn’t update so much and reset my setting. But yall should give \[sensitive content hidden\]a raise.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\]and her superb customer service. It makes scheduling easy and seeing what I’m doing for the day easy.

Cons

All my settings reset when updates. It makes it hard to get the right alerts. And it sometimes is hard to keep it online.

so far everything is good - techs always answer my questions right away. and send pics or articles to help explain the answers.

Pros

Easy to use system, the techs are great with answering questions. I feel that the price of the software is worth the cost. invoicing is simple to use. schedule is easy to make.

Cons

i wish you can link or merge jobs together. and i wish there was a way to mark jobs paid when its not attached to an invoice.

### "Trust Field Pulse Reps to Help!"

I find the FP product to be amazing. It is very useful in scheduling jobs and tracking the history of the jobs we do for each customer/property. With the many integrations available, our company is able to use it with several other platforms and it is very helpful!

Pros

I love the FP customer service agents. They are always willing to assist and open to questions. When I discover something that doesn't work quite the way it should, they open a ticket with the tech department to get my issue resolved quickly.

Cons

Sometimes, the response time is longer that just a few minutes. But I know it is because they are busy helping other users and they answer my chat question/issues as soon as they can

### "Take the bad with the good."

When we were sold the software we were told a lot of promises and unfortunately we have been let down on a lot of those. We have greatly appreciated the willingness of the customer service team and developers to help fix some of the major issues that we were having, but we ultimately feel like we are working with an unfinished product that is still being beta tested in a lot of ways. We feel like this software is behind in a lot of ways in comparison to other software like it.

Pros

It's better than what we were using before and the customer service is the best I have received from this type of company. Always very responsive and tries to solve the issues I am having.

Cons

Not everything works as it should constantly. Settings get changed with no warning, and other features don't save things or notifications don't go out like they should.

I would say that FieldPulse is a great tool to help streamline your business. Sometimes there are a few glitches and quirks, but once you understand them, it is easy to work around.

Pros

The ability to have customers in a database that can easily be shared with co-workers. It has defiantly been much easier than pen and paper and has saved a lot of time scheduling calls!

Cons

Sometimes there are issues when trying to locate customers. Customers have been duplicated because they could not be found when searching. This can cause issues and combining customers with duplicate accounts has not always been as easy as it should.

The interconnection of the multiple facets of a service business. Especially the dispatching system.

Cons

Fails to save information and is slow and clunky even with strong internet connection. Low internet product is very unreliable.

So far so good. It was an initial learning curve like you will need with any program. We keep learning new ways to use the program daily. Price wise they have been very competitive.

Pros

It offers flexibility and we are able to use it in the field. They are very responsive to issues and look into everything that we ask about. Every program will not have all of the features you need as an organization, but FieldPulse is constantly trying to update and improve the product.

Cons

They do update frequently but there are still some features that we always need to work around until they have those pieces installed. The purchase order shows way more than needed to the supplier. I hope in the future that can be reconciled.

Its been great, the willingness to adapt is a huge selling point for me

Pros

That support is open to putting in feature requests when I bring something up

Cons

I wish I could somehow Beta test new features, because I have a lot of feedback that I think can be useful before large roll outs just strictly from a user perspective
