Our overall experience with has been very positive. The platform helps us stay organized, streamline scheduling, and manage customer interactions efficiently. The invoicing system makes billing customers quick and easy. While there are a few areas that could be improved, such as customization options and occasional glitches, the support team is always responsive and willing to help. FieldPulse continues to be a valuable tool for our business, and we look forward to seeing how it evolves.

Pros

We love how streamlines our operations and keeps everything organized. The scheduling, invoicing, and customer management features make running our business so much easier. Plus, the customer support is top-notch! Highly recommend for any service-based business.

Cons

has been a solid tool for our business, but there are a few things that could be better. Some features feel a bit clunky or not as intuitive as we’d like, and occasional bugs can slow things down. We’d also love to see more customization options to better fit our workflow. That said, the team behind FieldPulse is always improving the platform, so we’re hopeful for future updates!

Overall we really enjoy it just working out the kinks and hoping for more improvements and integrations.

Pros

The layout and ease of use. Inputting info is fairly simple. I enjoy the ability to mandate subtasks and build custom contracts and forms right in the system.

Cons

The maintenance agreement setup and lack of customization of various aspects. Reporting and job costing are less than subpar as well.

Seems a bit complicated getting going but they have plenty of help articles and live training as well as chat.

Pros

The automation offered wasn't completely where we would have liked. Scanning options for equipment tags would be largely beneficial.

Its been great. It was easy to learn and grasp the system. Learning curve is minimal in my opinion. The system makes sense in the way it functions.

Pros

The way to organize everything and the integration with quick books is amazing. The layout and placement for toggles/options are very convenient. It literally took me a week to sort of get a great feel for the software. Very user friendly.

Cons

Timesheets can be a little laggy at times. I do a lot of the payroll so toggling between different dates and clicking into peoples time sheets can sometimes take time.

It seems like the cost for this service is priced well and fits our size company. Integration with quick books is a huge need and it fulfills that well.

I found because my current fleet management software was running into several issues and would only work on the IOS platform. The onboarding was a lot all at once. However the more we played with it we found it has way more to offer than what we were using.

Pros

The program is very easy to use and the support is amazing. Any time I have an issue or need help the support center is quick to assist and keep us moving.

Cons

this is no fault to at all, but the lag time occasionally we get only because of my internet connection

Love that I can get help at any time of day or night. Program is very user friendly and service has been exceptional. I just started working with a company that uses and it has been an easy tradition to working with a new system.

Pros

Wonderful customer service! Quick response, walk thru steps with me and patience-waited until I tested. The features are very user friendly.

Cons

All positive experience thus far. The only change I would make (which I heard is being worked on) is to be able to send service confirmation to two customer emails at one time instead having to send separate.

Everyone is super helpful. I have not ran across one person yet that was not willing to go above and beyond to help me be successful.

Pros

Ease of scheduling, value for money for product received, ease of obtaining contractual signatures on estimates.

Cons

Most issues I have ran across have been lack of experience. I find the chat support to be most helpful and they can usually fix any issues I am having.

Overall the experience has been a positive one and we will continue to use moving forward.

Pros

is very user friendly, good access for the whole team to be able to see what is happening day to day, and all users to be able to add comments to keep the team updated. Fieldpulse support is also very accessible and helpful.

Cons

With a reshuffle of our company staff members, the contract is not able to be changed/modified until the expiry of the current one. If you're not looking to add/delete more users through the duration you won't have any issues.

Pros

You receive all of the core, required functionality up-front as part of your subscription, which was a huge factor in weighing options across various platform providers. Quote options and add-ons is one of the keys to my business and I have all the flexibility necessary to cater to every project.

Cons

As a super user, I commonly find issues that are first to market. Luckily the staff is happy to accept feature requests, but the time I've spent wading through support, being patient while they run through scripts and assumptions is tiresome.

My overall experience with has been great. They have been very helpful and the software is easy to use.

Pros

One of the things I like most about is the great customer service. They have been very helpful throughout onboarding.

Cons

My least favorite thing about is the way estimates look once sent to the customer. One example of this is we usually send 2-3 options in our estimates and occasionally go back and forth and end up with 8 or more. I don't like to delete previous options but don't necessarily want to send them with the new options. It would be nice to be able to toggle on/off options within the estimates.

Love it so far! The customer Service is my favorite! I feel like the more I explore, the more I see how nice this program is. I love that there are so many videos under the help section and I am looking forward to the Tuesday Q&A sessions!

Generally good. Over time we are using more features. The biggest help to us has been the automated customer communication. The performance of the system seems to be improving.

Pros

A good range of useful features. Online chat provides fast and efficient tech support. Automatic triggers for customer communications, email templates and activity logs are very helpful!

Cons

Sometimes it is laggy and slow. Too many clicks required for some functions. Limited training materials and premium support is not more helpful than the free online chat support.

### "Customer Service On Another Level"

We still have much to discover as we learn the full scope of how can streamline our business both from a sales perspective, but also as we look to communicate better, both internally and with our clients and prospects. The overall experience has been fantastic, the only thing holding us back is ourselves and making time to understand and implement. That said, the customer services makes us want to make this happen faster.

The excellent reviews here have to be fake to promote this company with the experience our small business is going through now there is no way the good reviews are real. First the salesperson \[sensitive content hidden\] misled us by telling us the software did what we needed it to do after we explained how our process works he told us the system was customizable and that once we signed up we would go through on boarding which was delayed for two weeks even though they had already charged my card, the engage system we were told was activated but was not activated till we kept asking for it. We specifically asked for two user accounts and a limited account which they still charge you 15 to 20 dollars after trying to use the program and not being able to make it work \[sensitive content hidden\] said that they acknowledged that the software won’t work for us and the have no feature coming up to make it work so we asked for a full refund and to opt out of the contract she agreed but said she had to wait for her manager to approve it, this has also been delayed because \[sensitive content hidden\] says due to their fiscal year end her manager has been in and out of meetings so she has not responded but she said she will have it all taken care of today on 3/3/2025 . Meanwhile my small business is being affected and the to make things worse I was charged 266.40 for the plan I selected which is not due again until 3/20/2025 but at 1:00 am today I was charged another 110.00 without my authorization for another user. This company is a fraud and will try to lock you into a contract. Help is no where to be found after you tell them the system does not work.

Salesperson \[sensitive content hidden\] promised system would work and had us sign up stating that the onboarding would help taylor the program to how we needed it and once we signed up and could not make it work he said he was just a salesman. Since then they have not been able to make it work and has become an administrative burden while we wait for someone to refund what we have paid so we can move on. Unauthorized credit card charge

Very well, I've left a good review on Google and G2. They have my highest recommendation for any FSM out in the market. I follow their LinkedIn, I am in their FB groups so it's great to be connected with the employees and other users.

Pros

's customer support is always top notch. I've enjoyed working with their customer support personnel as they take my concerns seriously and I see the changes once they have been reported. Apart from that FP has done a great job being able to implement it to any field service industry. We are in the roofing industry and although it's more aimed towards Electrical and Plumbing, it still meets our needs.

Cons

They are slowly but surely adding more roofing industry related features. I appreciate it though and it's not a dealbreaker for us!

My overall experience with has been great. Anytime we have needed help they have gone above and beyond to help us out.

Pros

We reviewed several solutions during our due diligence phase. We chose for the ease of use, customization, customer service, and it being an all in one solution. Our implementation specialist Noor and customer success specialist \[sensitive content hidden\] were both outstanding in helping us go live with FieldPulse. They have been a huge help.

Cons

In some of the reviews it has been said it can be a little buggy. We have only one had one small issue bug wise but it was fixed.

Pros

Very robust tool that gives you a lot of oversight of the business. A lot of options to tie software together so that all of your software is working together. Very impressive customer support team who makes learning the program easy.

Cons

There are a few bugs that needs to be worked out, but can certainly be worked around. Also, it is pricey. Has a lot of functionality but it comes with a steep price tag per user.

Been a user since 2019, the upgrades have helped us with our workflow and customer service. Would not work without it, Highly recommend!

Pros

1\. Helps keep us organised through easy to use job scheduling 2. It interacts with our suppliers making it easy to track job costs etc.. 3. Customer service is great there team always respond quickly to any issues we have regarding tech support.

Cons

Sometimes there upgrades take a while eg: better form versions. It doesn't link to our accounting software as well as we would like so we have to do our own work arounds at times.
