Attentiveness from staff, program is user friendly, constantly being improved and upgraded with new features, overall very happy with service.

Pros

Contantly upgrading and improving program with new features, user friendly, meets all needs for business.

Cons

If issues arise, deleting the app and reinstalling is almost always necessary, and it is very inconvenient most times.

Overall, our experience with has been really positive. It’s made a big difference in how we manage our day-to-day operations — everything from scheduling to invoicing is more organized and efficient. The platform is easy to use, the mobile app works great for our team in the field, and the customer support.

Pros

What we like most about is how much easier it makes running our business. It's very user-friendly — everything is easy to find, simple to use, and doesn’t take a ton of training to get the team up and running. It helps us stay organized and keeps everyone on track, whether we're in the office or out in the field. On top of that, the support has been awesome. \[sensitive content hidden\], our Customer Success Specialist, has been especially great — always quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re set up for success.

Cons

If we had to pick something, a few features can feel a bit limited or take some extra steps to get right. But overall, it’s really user-friendly, and anytime we’ve had questions, \[sensitive content hidden\] and the support team have been quick to help.

So far it's been working great as we try to figure out the best ways to use it as a company. I think there could be some things added/updated to make the use a bit more productive.

Pros

The organization of the jobs on the schedule screen and the multiple different views given. Also love how easy it is to search.

Cons

The lack of filters for material lists. When you go back after being in a job record you can't just go back to the main screen where you started.

We’re really enjoying so far and are excited to transition all our project management into it. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and clearly designed with field teams in mind!

Pros

Our rep is fantastic. She's sooo patient with us, responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to help with any tech requests. I love that everything we need is easily accessible in one place, and the map option makes routing and scheduling effortless.

Cons

I do wish the platform offered a little more flexibility. For example, having the option to sort by date in the projects section, being able to change the customer on a work order or project after it’s created would be really helpful for correcting simple entry mistakes, and possibly being able to put the projects on the map.

Pros

I like that we can streamline operations, communicate with our team and customers all from our phone/desktop.

Cons

Wish we could have an automatic credit card fee applied and removable if our customers opt to pay cash or check.

Not bad, choppy. I just recommed looking into any software your thinking about very carefully. This was not for us.

Pros

The purchase orders were linked to jobs and proposals. Very easy to track and pay. Easy access to them.

Cons

Engage phone. Not quite what we were hoping. calls were delayed in answering. Some messages not received

### "Love it, don't buy anything else"

Overall I am very happy with field pulse. When we do have questions, issues, or comments to improve, the team is always quick, friendly, and helpful.

Pros

The organization it provides, the ability to keep all job and customer data in one place. The customer portal is our favorite feature.

Cons

The quickbooks feature doesn't work right. It causes all kinds of issues but would love for my accountant to have all the data

It is a work in progress, and its great, but needs to sync better with other programs, to insure the customer is getting the best experience.

Pros

can move around the software easily. I like that we have live chats, and that most of the time they can fix it quickly.

Cons

that it does not sync with our other program. Needs to be better fields. we need to be able to fix an issue quickly, and not have to wait.

So far - it's better than our old system! I love how detailed everything is and the fact that our clients who need to pay off invoices can finally do that!

Pros

What I love most about FP is the customer support team! They go above & beyond to help me with my questions and provide solutions quickly!

Cons

It's not a matter of what I liked least, it was definitely a transition from the system we used beforehand. I don't know if you can really count that against FP!

My overall experience with is a 10/10! It is honestly the BEST system that I have used for our company!

Pros

What I most like about is that it's very convenient for scheduling our customers and setting up our service techs/admins. It's also very great to use for creating our estimates and sending them to our customers. Also the team members are very helpful.

Cons

What I least like about is the constant pop ups when scheduling even though it can be helpful at times.

Pros

The implementation phase was great, they were patient in teaching us all of the features. It has helped us with scheduling and staying in communication with our plumbers. What is great is that we get notified as soon as a customer opens a file, which helps us to follow up.

Cons

is growing, and over time we hope to grow with it. Some downsides include not having a feature to help our plumbers write estimates or invoices, but we know this will come with time. The line item feature in invoices is also a bit of a bummer.

Pros

Ease of use. Very reasonably priced monthly. Customer service whether you have a question or concern answer you quickly.

Cons

don't like the fact that sending a message to a customer when enroute is a bit difficult to access..

Very happy. I just recommended Field Pulse to a previous employer who has been having issues with the multiple programs they are trying to get the "talk" to each other.

Pros

Just learning but so far, compared to the programs I have used in the past, Field Pulse is extremely user friendly. I love how there is full integration and I am not having to export information to get what I need. It is also very convenient that I am able to Chat with someone when I have a specific question that a tutorial is unable to answer for me.

Cons

Nothing bad so far. I'm hoping that there will not be anything negative as I navigate through this learning experience.

Having to switch from my old Wintac program to was not fun. I am still trying to figure how to work with all my reports from the Quick books side of the program.

I was looking for an all-in-one software solution. checked all of the boxes from features I needed (like scheduling and dispatching, CRM, sales, and more) to the tailored care and support I got. I never felt like a number.

Pros

Incredible process and company all around. From the sales experience to onboarding and support, they have taken care of everything and truly tailored my experience.

Cons

Can't thin of a single thing. The people at really stand out.

### "Customer Service On Another Level"

We still have much to discover as we learn the full scope of how can streamline our business both from a sales perspective, but also as we look to communicate better, both internally and with our clients and prospects. The overall experience has been fantastic, the only thing holding us back is ourselves and making time to understand and implement. That said, the customer services makes us want to make this happen faster.

Pros

I am still new to , serving in multiple capacities. Most recently working with to streamline our web leads going directly into FieldPulse. Ken S. understood what my goals were and was quick to help us as we worked on this migration.

Cons

At this point I do not have any "Cons". The support team has been very responsive with all of our request.

I got quick responses, if there is an issue the support line is always willing and ready to help if need be.

Cons

Issue with system is not getting fixed. The issue that I have reported has yet to be fixed. It has been weeks now

Wonderful. I have reached out a few times and everyone has been very polite. I am completely new to Field Pulse and the staff there has been so wonderful and caring.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] were very patient and informative. They both took their time to walked me through every step. We weren't able to get it on the first couple of tries but neither of them gave up until the problem was resolved

Cons

I specifically need more training. Is there links that can help me? I am brand new to Field Pulse and I would love to know more about the things it is capable of heling me with.

Love it so far! The customer Service is my favorite! I feel like the more I explore, the more I see how nice this program is. I love that there are so many videos under the help section and I am looking forward to the Tuesday Q&A sessions!

Pros

Customer Support!!! The support is so helpful! I love it! The site is pretty easy to navigate as well.

Cons

is doing amazing! I would prefer some more videos with some hands on test site to play around as I am a hands on learner.

4/5. Seems like it's still being built. Many pieces of data I ask for are unable to be gathered.

Pros

Portability. Able to use in office and field and info updates in real time.

Cons

Desktop vs mobile experience is not always the same. Some features are easier to use on either platform. Timesheets are clunky for work orders. Unable to see what dates field was on each work order.
