I recently spent time evaluating fieldpulse to actually understand that how does it manages field service operation to be specific. My impression is that it focuses on helping businesses with their scheduling, communication all in one place.

Pros

I liked that FieldPulse actually brings scheduling, customer management, and team collaboration all in one place which becomes very easy to manage. The dashboard looked organized and the overall workflow seemed designed in such a way that it reduces switching between multiple tools.

Cons

The platform is feature-rich which is actually a good thing to be, but it also has a learning curve for new users. At first glance there are many sections to understand, so teams with few members may need some time to get comfortable with everything.

We are generally happy with the product but have not been impressed with the customer service following implementation. The representatives are often unprepared for the meetings, do not have a sense of what we covered during the last meeting, and are unlikely to follow up on questions we had from the previous meetings without prompting. We expected more continuity for the cost of the additional service.

Pros

The ease with which we can view project and job progress as well as schedule work for technicians on an easy-to-use calendar are our favorite features.

Cons

Paying for custom forms that do not allow us to attach them to estimates to be sent for signature is frustrating. It is also disappointing that technicians cannot clock into site visits and have these hours calculated under the corresponding job.

Overall, our experience with FieldPulse has been positive. The platform has helped us improve organization, streamline daily operations, and keep both our office staff and field teams aligned. Its all-in-one approach has reduced administrative work and made it easier to manage jobs from start to finish. While there are areas where additional customization and advanced functionality would be beneficial, FieldPulse has been a valuable tool for improving efficiency and supporting the growth of our business.

Pros

What we like most about FieldPulse is its ability to centralize our operations in one platform. It helps us manage customer information, scheduling, work orders, estimates, invoicing, and team communication without having to switch between multiple systems. The interface is intuitive and easy for both office staff and field technicians to use, which has improved adoption across our team. We also appreciate the mobile app functionality, real-time job updates, and the ability to streamline workflows, helping us operate more efficiently and provide better service to our customers.

Cons

What we like least about FieldPulse is that some features can feel limited when managing more complex workflows or larger-scale operations. Certain customizations and reporting capabilities could be more flexible, and there are times when navigating between modules requires more clicks than expected. While the platform continues to improve, there are occasional integrations or advanced features that we would like to see expanded to better support growing businesses with unique operational needs.

Overall, the software is able to meet the needs of our company while managing multiple operational functions. We hit a speed bump while trying to interface mass data imports and exports. Customer service was very helpful and provided great guidance through the process.

Pros

Very user friendly and easily navigable. Customer support was very prompt, concise, and professional.

Cons

System slow during peak hours sometimes. Adjusting rate increases across all categories would streamline productivity and efficiency.

So far so good, it is still a little early to tell. But I will say customer service is great, and really care about their customers

Pros

Great customer service, and takes the time to figure out your issues. The whole program itself is a great program that is great for scheduling.

Cons

No issues to report at this time. We are still early into this program to know if there is any cons of this software.

very good.. the message desk has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. I have learned how to take video screen shots to send in messenger to help troubleshoot issues

Pros

it is user friendly for the most part. I can have multiple pages open and work efficiently with in them.

Cons

when it takes forever to load a page and I'm busy and in a hurry. there seems to be a lot of times where maybe our connection is not that great, Im not really sure why it lags. I usually have to delete all my history every day to get it to work best

We've been using FieldPulse for a year now, and it's transformed how we operate. If you're running a service business looking for software that actually works with real customer support behind it, FieldPulse is the answer. We definitely recommend it.

Pros

Everything is in one platform. We handle scheduling, estimates, invoicing, and customer management without jumping between systems. The ability to send multiple estimate options to customers has been a real game-changer for our close rates and helps us stay competitive on pricing. But what really sets FieldPulse apart is the support—\[sensitive content hidden\] goes above and beyond every single time we reach out with questions or issues.

Cons

The scheduling and route optimization could be more intuitive. It takes time to learn how the system works, and we'd love to see a more automated route planning feature built in to save our technicians drive time.

Overall, FieldPulse has been an excellent tool for managing our field operations and daily logistics. It has significantly streamlined how we schedule shifts and coordinate team tasks. Pros

It completely centralizes our operations. What I like most is how easy it is to schedule shifts, assign tasks on the fly, and track team members in real-time through the mobile app. It has eliminated a massive amount of daily paperwork and keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning because of how many features it has, which can overwhelm the team at first. Also, the mobile app can occasionally feel a little slow or heavy if the internet connection isn't perfect.

Love it so far! The customer Service is my favorite! I feel like the more I explore, the more I see how nice this program is. I love that there are so many videos under the help section and I am looking forward to the Tuesday Q&A sessions!

Customer Support!!! The support is so helpful! I love it! The site is pretty easy to navigate as well.

FieldPulse is doing amazing! I would prefer some more videos with some hands on test site to play around as I am a hands on learner.

I would say 8/10 would recommend to others. Its pretty savvy a little clicky but overall good experience.

Pros

The scheduling is awesome. I like how you can see where and what your technicians are doing at all times.

Cons

You cant customize fields you want to see in certain views like if you purchase you cant see the estimated arrival date or any special comments.
