It has been great, they've always answered any questions that arise very quickly and have made my life much easier.

Pros

From scheduling and customer profiles to billing and price book use it has made my life easier and helped the business grow.

Cons

lack of offline features, specifically not being able to access the price book while offline, even if selections couldn't be made, a view only offline price book would be extremely beneficial.

### "Great for most, not ideal for sole proprietors "

Overall, it's been alright. I actually plan on leaving at the end of the yearly contract to switch back to Housecall - or implement our own simplified CRM to avoid the hassle of navigating things we don't use, and are paying for that we don't need.

Pros

Lots of features and integrations! There is a little bit of everything that you can imagine for a CRM to have or integrate.

Cons

It's SO saturated with features, it's incredibly easy to get lost navigating all of the menus to find something simple, like your service line items. Things that should be automatically made, such as sms alerts - are left up to the user to implement. I understand that allows for user customization, but I use my CRM because I'm short on time. Time I do not have to setup something that should already have been done out of box.

### "Customer Service Star Kept Us at FieldPulse"

In the beginning, we were unhappy with Field Pulse. We were not getting the answers we were looking for and felt like this program would not work for us. Lately, in the past few weeks, \[sensitive content hidden\] has helped us realized that FP has more to offer and we are learning how to use those things. We are learning now how to do things properly in FP and we are happier with what we are paying for. There are still a couple of things that are vital to our business that FP does not offer but maybe someday, those things will be available. With \[sensitive content hidden\] help, we feel like we can make the most of this program and use it to it's full potential for our company.

Pros

Field Pulse is helping us maintain our service department better than before. We like being able to run a job from start to finish all in one place from estimates to scheduling our techs to billing. It seems pretty seamless. The customer service that \[sensitive content hidden\] has provided for us in the last few weeks has kept us from giving up on Field Pulse as a whole. She is great at solving issues and is a joy to deal with. We were not getting what we needed out of FP and were very frustrated trying to figure this out, with what we felt like, was on our own. She stepped in and reassured us that we could lean on her through this process and that she would do everything she could to solve the issues. We feel like our relationship with \[sensitive content hidden\] is what has made us stay with FP instead of throwing in the towel on it.

Cons

We were under the impression that FP had some accounting features. That was something we were definitely looking for. We were also hoping that it would provide us with contract percentage billing or percentage billed per line, not just per whole invoice.

### "For the most part, FieldPulse is a wonderful product"

For the most part, is a good product. It does have its quirks but overall, I would rate it a very good product for the money.

Pros

What I like most about is the quick responses from customer support, and the ability to use templates for invoices.

Cons

The app. Every time log in to the app, I'm asked if I want to choose a selection of pictures - even when all I want to do is inquire on a customer or invoice, for instance.

Pretty easy to navigate. Dealing with our assigned team has been a wonderful experience. They are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help resolve an issue

The lag time for loading. Do not like that there is a cost associated with every user on our platform

So far so good. It does not sync with QBO seemingly often. We do like the customer information being easy too access and all in the same place.

Pros

Everything is in one place. Easy to use. The job status is nice to have so we can schedule accordingly.

Cons

I would like to be able to schedule recurring billing to start on a date in the following year. The map we have not used much for scheduling. I would like to get to that point but we found it not very helpful. It was more complicated to view customer info and route.

So far our experience is a positive one and we look forward to learning more each month we continue to use .

Pros

All the features of estimates and invoices as well as the integration with quick books. I also like that once a work order is completed its not automatically uploaded to quick books.

Cons

The fact that the work order number is not visible in the by status screen of work flow. We rely a lot on work order numbers so the faster I can see a work order number the quicker I can get parts ordered and a schedule completed

Field Pulse support is helpful, sincere and on their game. They keep up with communication and updates. It is a huge learning experience to take on a brand-new software after 25 years with our old one. Trying to test everything out, find out how it functions. Knowing we have so much support in our corner has eased a lot of the pressure. We hope to be able to watch as Field Pulse continues to grow and evolve!

Pros

Field Pulse is modern and easy to use. It has a lot of options and features to tailor to exactly what it is you're looking for your business. Support is quick to respond and look for proactive solutions to issues. They are always looking for ways to build their platform and take suggestions seriously to add improvements to features. They have many options to help with productivity and streamline for performance.

Cons

Occasionally, there is an issue we come into where Field Pulse does not have a feature that we would like or doesn't function in the same way we have become accustomed to with our old software. We sometimes need to find a work around for this and hope one day the feature suggestion will turn into a reality.

My overall experience with Field Pulse has been positive, especially in terms of job scheduling, dispatching, and team coordination. The platform is intuitive and helps keep our field operations organized and running smoothly. Creating and sending estimates or invoices is quick and professional, which improves our customer interactions. The mobile app is also convenient for technicians in the field to access job details and update statuses in real-time. However, the integration with QuickBooks Desktop through the web connector has been frustrating at times, requiring manual syncs and occasionally causing data discrepancies. Despite this, Field Pulse has significantly improved our daily operations and communication.

Pros

What I liked most about Field Pulse is its user-friendly interface and how easily it streamlines scheduling, job management, and invoicing all in one platform. It saves time, keeps the team organized, and improves communication between the office and field workers.

Cons

What I liked least about is the integration with QuickBooks Desktop via the web connector. The sync process can be inconsistent and unreliable, leading to delays in updating invoices, payments, and customer information. Often, the web connector requires manual intervention, and if not properly maintained or updated, it may fail to connect or sync data altogether. This creates a risk of duplicate entries or missing transactions, which can impact accounting accuracy. Pros

I like that has so many integrations and capabilities that makes it easy for our team to complete all of their necessary work. It's a great tool to have everything in one place instead of having to use 5 different softwares to acheive one thing!

Cons

There's a few features such as being able to quickly edit jobs on the dispatch board, bugs here and there, etc that I believe could be resolved in the future. They are so minimal that it makes the pros much more worth it.

Their online chat customer support has generally been very helpful. Other "fixes" or looking into questions that we have seems to take a little while, to the point that I wonder if they've forgotten about our request or if they're still working on it.

Pros

the best part about is the scheduling and work orders all being in one place and accessible from the app anywhere I am. Invoicing from the app is also convenient and saves time.

Cons

There are random glitches where certain things stop working/ don't work. For example, the option to have the customer pay online randomly quit working even though we were selecting that option. It simply wasn't available to the customer and they were reaching out to us. There are other things that we feel should be an option as well, especially for the price.

It does the job we need it to. The other CRMs in the past did not quite meet the mark, but Field Pulse does.

Pros

I like how all jobs are able to get grouped under individual projects. Being able to view multiple employees schedules at once is helpful.

Cons

Being a manager, it takes a long time for the app to load employee schedules. I wish there was a way on the calendar view to let me know that there is an open invoice when the job has been marked complete.

Overall very good, it fits a small to medium-sized service business very well. The support is always available.

Pros

They continue to add features for our existing subscription. They are open to suggestions and often implement features based on users requests.

Cons

There are glitches and things that can't be done on the app that can be done on the desktop version. The app being what most technicians use, it could be more robust like the desktop, and we have issues with it locking up onsite. It's not the tablet or the cellular coverage, all other apps work when it locks.

Another huge benefit is that the software is built with plenty of room for growth, which gives us confidence that as our business continues to expand, FieldPulse grows and adapts right alongside us. ### "You have to take a look at this software!"

Overall, my experience with has been positive. From implementation to support after startup. If your shopping for new business software, it's worth the time to look.

Pros

I do like the versatility of the platform. Implementation was great, everyone we've worked with has been friendly and helpful.

Cons

Like any software, there are bugs and most are dealt with pretty fast. Suggested upgrades...not sure if they actually push them to the programmers. Need to let users know when updates have been implemented.

the payment did not sync over because the amount was different so it didn't show that payment was made.

Great- we recommend to all of our partners. Easy to use and great customer service. Like the phone app for admin use

Pros

Easy for office staff to use. I like that cc payments are easy to access. Having \[sensitive content hidden\] as a designated rep is a game changer. I left Service Titan because they had little to no customer service and it became to difficult to use. The only help chat is also very good.

Cons

Glitches in the system (that are always addressed quickly). The guys in the field have a hard time loading photos an sometimes their write ups disappear when they think they are saved. Turning estimates into invoices is confusing - sometimes the estimate says open and a new job # is open. Looks like estimates are open but they are sold under a separate job #

Our overall experience has been good. focuses on listening to their customers to try and come up with solutions to their problems and needs. No platform can be flawless, but they do try to make things run smoothly

Pros

The customer service is great. Our rep \[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic. He is always very quick to respond and get our needs met. Today, our meeting was running longer than planned, so he fit me on his schedule for a second meeting later in the day. Always very accommodating!

Cons

Sometimes the platform runs slowly and takes some time to load. I am told they are working this out though.

### "Good Product - Great Support"

\[sensitive content hidden\] is great - She takes care of my needs. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the chat help feature is out of this world. I have launched systems before, and you find yourself creating work arounds because the lack of training and support- that is not the case with this product

Pros

Easy to navigate and the support is superior. Links to QuickBooks online was simple. The web platform is really nice to access anywhere you have signal.

Cons

Would not be a review if I did not mention the field techs losing their work when signal is spotty - the offline method has not been successful for us yet. Clunky when trying to group customers and assets.

### "Construction/Service Company Field Pulse Overview"

Overall our experience with Field Pulse has been great. Minor setbacks with QBO but the Field Pulse team is always able to get us a work around for the issues we have.

Pros

We like the ability to house all of our operations into one program. Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, timesheets etc.

Cons

The integration to QBO is not seamless. QBO is the main limiting factor to the integration and it limits a lot of capabilities on the field pulse side.
