I am pleased with FieldPulse and would recommend to another company to use for their business needs.

Pros

I like the easy of the platform. easy to start my day off in the dashboard with all of my main screens in view. Our FieldPulse team has been excellent from the on boarding to our specialist \[sensitive content hidden\] . \[sensitive content hidden\] is very knowledgeable and patient, if I have any issues with the platform she is always available.

Cons

I didn't use another platform beforehand to compare it too. any issues I have had \[sensitive content hidden\] took care off and when we started working with \[sensitive content hidden\] she made sure any issues were taken care of immediately

Pros

FieldPulse has an attractive look and appears to be user friendly without overcomplicating unnecessary widgets and distracting features.

Cons

Some of the repetitive/similar terminology makes it hard to differentiate but is being referred to. I've provided a lot of product requests with zero solutions. Reporting is clunky.

Overall we really enjoy it just working out the kinks and hoping for more improvements and integrations.

Pros

The layout and ease of use. Inputting info is fairly simple. I enjoy the ability to mandate subtasks and build custom contracts and forms right in the system.

Cons

The maintenance agreement setup and lack of customization of various aspects. Reporting and job costing are less than subpar as well.

### "Great tool for scheduling, invoicing, all in one "

It needs a few adjustments, but overall I really enjoy Fieldpulse, it helps tremendously with data management. Their support is usually pretty good at helping. It has also saved us with reports so that we can quickly tell who we have yet to invoice, our sales, who is still pending payment. etc.

Pros

I had considered getting FieldPulse to help keep track of clients appointments, scheduling, and invoicing.

Cons

It seems to be newer to the industry so there are still some things that need to fixed. I.e. employee clock in and out are not syncable to qb. But for some reason only 2 of my employee's time are synced when msg tech support they are unable to sync anyone else.

What I like most, is the ability to have everything for billing, scheduling and all customer information in one place.

Cons

Currently the fact that Federal Holidays are NOT actively on the calendar and have to be manually plotted.

so far everything is good - techs always answer my questions right away. and send pics or articles to help explain the answers.

Pros

Easy to use system, the techs are great with answering questions. I feel that the price of the software is worth the cost. invoicing is simple to use. schedule is easy to make.

Cons

i wish you can link or merge jobs together. and i wish there was a way to mark jobs paid when its not attached to an invoice.

The functionality to search Work Orders & how user friendly it can be. The layout is also a bonus as it helps keep everything in order.

Cons

The "Load More" button at the bottom of EVERY search. It can be difficult to create a report from the "reports" section due to the amount of search options.

I would say that FieldPulse is a great tool to help streamline your business. Sometimes there are a few glitches and quirks, but once you understand them, it is easy to work around.

Pros

The ability to have customers in a database that can easily be shared with co-workers. It has defiantly been much easier than pen and paper and has saved a lot of time scheduling calls!

Cons

Sometimes there are issues when trying to locate customers. Customers have been duplicated because they could not be found when searching. This can cause issues and combining customers with duplicate accounts has not always been as easy as it should.

The excellent reviews here have to be fake to promote this company with the experience our small business is going through now there is no way the good reviews are real. First the salesperson \[sensitive content hidden\] misled us by telling us the software did what we needed it to do after we explained how our process works he told us the system was customizable and that once we signed up we would go through on boarding which was delayed for two weeks even though they had already charged my card, the engage system we were told was activated but was not activated till we kept asking for it. We specifically asked for two user accounts and a limited account which they still charge you 15 to 20 dollars after trying to use the program and not being able to make it work \[sensitive content hidden\] said that they acknowledged that the software won’t work for us and the have no feature coming up to make it work so we asked for a full refund and to opt out of the contract she agreed but said she had to wait for her manager to approve it, this has also been delayed because \[sensitive content hidden\] says due to their fiscal year end her manager has been in and out of meetings so she has not responded but she said she will have it all taken care of today on 3/3/2025 . Meanwhile my small business is being affected and the to make things worse I was charged 266.40 for the plan I selected which is not due again until 3/20/2025 but at 1:00 am today I was charged another 110.00 without my authorization for another user. This company is a fraud and will try to lock you into a contract. Help is no where to be found after you tell them the system does not work.

Salesperson \[sensitive content hidden\] promised system would work and had us sign up stating that the onboarding would help taylor the program to how we needed it and once we signed up and could not make it work he said he was just a salesman. Since then they have not been able to make it work and has become an administrative burden while we wait for someone to refund what we have paid so we can move on. Unauthorized credit card charge

Overall, I am pleased to work with Field Pulse and am confident that they will continue to strive to be the best field management software available

Pros

Customer support is top notch. User error is addressed quickly and they are eager to educate you on how to use the product. When there is a bug, they own it and address it and do get back to you in a timely manner.

Cons

For the mobile app usage, offline mode is not very helpful, and data is easily lost in poor cell coverage areas, but confident that that is being addressed as they have told me they are working on it.

I found FieldPulse because my current fleet management software was running into several issues and would only work on the IOS platform. The onboarding was a lot all at once. However the more we played with it we found it has way more to offer than what we were using.

Pros

The program is very easy to use and the support is amazing. Any time I have an issue or need help the support center is quick to assist and keep us moving.

Cons

this is no fault to FieldPulse at all, but the lag time occasionally we get only because of my internet connection

All my settings reset when updates. It makes it hard to get the right alerts. And it sometimes is hard to keep it online.

Pros

You receive all of the core, required functionality up-front as part of your subscription, which was a huge factor in weighing options across various platform providers. Quote options and add-ons is one of the keys to my business and I have all the flexibility necessary to cater to every project.

Cons

As a super user, I commonly find issues that are first to market. Luckily the staff is happy to accept feature requests, but the time I've spent wading through support, being patient while they run through scripts and assumptions is tiresome.

Overall the experience has been a positive one and we will continue to use FieldPulse moving forward.

Pros

FieldPulse is very user friendly, good access for the whole team to be able to see what is happening day to day, and all users to be able to add comments to keep the team updated. Fieldpulse support is also very accessible and helpful.

Cons

With a reshuffle of our company staff members, the contract is not able to be changed/modified until the expiry of the current one. If you're not looking to add/delete more users through the duration you won't have any issues.

Its been great. It was easy to learn and grasp the system. Learning curve is minimal in my opinion. The system makes sense in the way it functions.

Pros

The way to organize everything and the integration with quick books is amazing. The layout and placement for toggles/options are very convenient. It literally took me a week to sort of get a great feel for the software. Very user friendly.

Cons

Timesheets can be a little laggy at times. I do a lot of the payroll so toggling between different dates and clicking into peoples time sheets can sometimes take time.

It seems like the cost for this service is priced well and fits our size company. Integration with quick books is a huge need and it fulfills that well.

Been a user since 2019, the upgrades have helped us with our workflow and customer service. Would not work without it, Highly recommend!

Pros

1\. Helps keep us organised through easy to use job scheduling 2. It interacts with our suppliers making it easy to track job costs etc.. 3. Customer service is great there team always respond quickly to any issues we have regarding tech support.

Cons

Sometimes there upgrades take a while eg: better form versions. It doesn't link to our accounting software as well as we would like so we have to do our own work arounds at times.

They are quick to answer questions and understand what we are asking the first time. We love them so far!

There are a lot of add ons that come separate. I would make sure that what you talked about is included in your package when signing up.

I'm very happy with the platform so far. Perhaps the platform's best attribute is that our employees love it.

Pros

The support is extremely good. Most issues are corrected within a few short minutes. They additionally set up tutorials for new customers and you'll be up to speed in no time.

Cons

I would add some names to the system (not managed techs), like helpers. This would be helpful in scheduling them for remote assignment.

Very well, I've left a good review on Google and G2. They have my highest recommendation for any FSM out in the market. I follow their LinkedIn, I am in their FB groups so it's great to be connected with the employees and other users.

Fieldpulse's customer support is always top notch. I've enjoyed working with their customer support personnel as they take my concerns seriously and I see the changes once they have been reported. Apart from that FP has done a great job being able to implement it to any field service industry. We are in the roofing industry and although it's more aimed towards Electrical and Plumbing, it still meets our needs.

Cons

They are slowly but surely adding more roofing industry related features. I appreciate it though and it's not a dealbreaker for us!
