We asked our employees to fill out their CV in CuViBox, and in return, forget about creating other CV in different formats ever again. Now, our commercial team just have to make a selection of CVs and generate proposals on their own using our clients' preferred formats. Pros We had it up and running in one day. Once we select our employees' CVs we can generate the CV section for tenders we work in with (literally) two clicks. The CV search function is very advanced so are able to find very specific profiles. We can add custom fields to the CV structure and then use them in the CV templates. Cons For complicated CV templates it might be necessary to pay for the customization service to get the desired outcome (quite affordable though). Reasons for choosing CuViBox Affordable. Easy to set up. Useful customizations. It doesn't include other HR functions that we don't need.
