Discovered it from a article written on Forbes and decided to give a try. Thank everything i did. The one-click survey has really helped me gain some necessary insight into my own business and was seamless to use. Especially with the way it allows you to embedded it into emails.

Pros

So far the features have been really solid and i definitely love the way they use the email integration.

I recently needed a way to find out what my customers thought about our newest product and discovered Yesinsight. Using it was quite simple and sharing it with our clients was very smooth. Our response rate was far more then i expected and gave us more than enough valuable information.

Pros

Simple and easy to use. The surveys allow you write up a single question and allows its user to simply click on the answer they wish to give.

Cons

So far I've had no issues with Yesinsight.
