Great! It is a great product, all-star customer service and user-focused. Love it!

Pros

is an uncomplicated email marketing tool. I've used other softwares before and Omnisend stands out in user-friendliness. Also, their customer service is outstanding, their team is very responsive, which is something that big companies won't give you: a real human on the other side supporting your journey. I hope they don't change that.

Cons

They are focused on e-commerce platforms, heavily on Shopify. You can work with other systems, but there is more technical work to do on your end if you want to connect it to other platforms.

### "Unbeatable Value For Money - Powerful and Easy-to-Use"

Overall positive both from a price-performance perspective (ROI) and also a customer support perspective. Always found someone to help me out in a less than 10 minutes when I needed help with something on their platform.

Pros

It is the perfect Email marketing tool for small and medium-sized businesses and it can be quite scalable as well. Easy to use and draw reports from and also it is quite affordable in comparison to their competition considering what you get with your monthly subscription (Email + SMS + Push). Furthermore, it is quite powerful with the automation flows and segmentation options we currently have available.

Cons

Some integrations to a few 3rd party apps are missing, so make sure that your tech stack integrates natively before committing. For the majority of the apps we have used it has not been a problem to be honest. Also, it is not as "sand-boxy" as Klaviyo, which is usually the case for the more complex automation flows we occasionally needed to create in the past (but covered without any hassle the 95-98% of the other automation needs we had). Also not as "sand-boxy" when it comes to their pre-created blocks (coupon code block, product recommendations) which means that you cannot adjust them in a drastic way, which is again a fringe case we have found ourselves in rarely (again 95-98% of the cases are covered just fine with the current setup).

has certainly grown on me, they integrate with Judge.me reviews and allow us deeper customer segmentation than what's normally available through the Shopify admin. Compared to what most of these email / sms services are charging, Omnisend is a life saver.

Pros

More streamlined and intuitive than Klaviyo, I like that I don't have to pay for 10 other tools that are baked in but I'll never use

Cons

Missing some features and integrations, but this is being worked on and they recently dropped a whole new dashboard and better documentation.

### "Love it BUT..."

The support team was what kept me going. I needed a lot of help understanding the structure and how to make it work for me. To be fair I migrated my lists from another program that they dont support so it was a BIG process over an entire week. Now that I have it running I'm accustomed to it. I have yet to realize any sales with my campaigns so I may have to leave it as the fees are too high for small businesses.

Pros

There is a team of support people always available to help. I needed them…..a LOT! That is the one most important and best part of .

Cons

Processes are not intuitive. Until you are into the set up and programing for a while it is not easy to navigate unless you have a tech degree. Learning the program takes some time. It isn't a fast and easy set up. There are no explanations of some of the settings and options that are easy to find or complete.

Easy to use. Switched from Klaviyo because of their horrible pricing change and offers unlimited sends. (PLEASE do not ever change this because it makes life so much easier when it comes to planning out emails and not being limited 🙏🙏.)

Pros

It's easy to build emails and automations. Everything is straight forward when it comes to using each of the building blocks. I also really like that we have a rep talk with us every month. Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] as well; she needs a raise because she's the goat when it comes to helping with strategy and telling us what's good and bad about our emails, automations, and also the types of lists we use.

Cons

It took a long time for the pre-checked box for subscribing to an email list to come out. That was a little frustrating because that's years of missed opportunity, but you guys eventually added it so that was the only issue we had.

Easy to work with both as a company and as a software. The ability to setup our email marketing on this platform and integrate it so tightly with Shopify make it a no brainer. Really appreciate the team putting together a well rounded product.

Pros

I like that it has several tools in one. For example, it does cart recovery, reviews, browse abandonment, back in stock notifications, and more. It integrates easily with Shopify and the other apps we've had that connect. Setting up the automations are easy and intuitive.

Cons

There were a few minor quirks in getting the forms figured out on a landing page but those seemed to be a local cache issue that cleared up. The support at was helpful and responsive to getting that figured out.

I've used with various companies and feel like it is the best bang for your buck and keeps things simply. Always recommend it over other 3rd party email platforms!

Excellent product, intuitive, great customer support.

Pros

It has a ton of features that make it pretty robust. The more I learn, the more I want to do, and the features needed have always been there when I am ready. They also have a lot of great training.

Cons

I wish there was live chat, but their response to tickets is almost always very quick. Not really a negative, I am just like a toddler when I have to wait for something!

The new features being added on a regular basis gives me hope about the future of .

is still not fully developed yet and missing some things. The editor leaves a lot to be desired and the UI could be cleaned up a bit. There are certain pages where it's not easy to simply "exit" what you're doing, and when you're creating new campaigns, you have to select a template instead of being given the option to start with a blank slate.

I appreciate how the platform supports a variety of marketing tasks through campaigns and automations. The cost is reasonable, and I believe it’s a worthwhile investment for growing a business.

Pros

The integration with WordPress was seamless, which made getting started much easier. I also find the revenue reporting tools helpful for tracking performance. The templates are straightforward and easy to customize, which makes creating campaigns efficient and stress-free.

Cons

I've encountered some challenges with integrating with Elementor specifically. Additionally, finding clear online solutions for specific tasks within Omnisend can be a bit difficult. There were also some initial issues with connecting to my email provider, though those were eventually resolved.

That I can replicate the look and feel of my website, with fonts, layout and colours. The audience management is also great.

Cons

Sometimes the design elements can be a little restrictive. I would also like to be able to 'grab' and move elements like text boxes and images, rather than have to drag in a new layout and the text or image boxes and copy and paste the content which can affect the formatting

Very easy to use and style. The automated emails are great to keep customers updated on my store's new arrivals

Cons

The SMS package is costly. If you don’t use all your credits in a month, you lose the remaining balance. If unused credits could roll over to the next cycle, customers should still have the option to purchase more.

The on-boarding team made switching over a breeze. Great features ready to go with minimal input. Highly recommend.

Pros

The ready to go templates and the ability to build marketing emails with content pulled directly from your website. Saves a ton of time not having to do a write up for every featured item.

Cons

Limited product layout templates. Would like to see more product layout formats rather than just the three available by default.
