Ein Welcome-Box, ab und zu mal anrufen oder E-Mails schreiben und vielleicht mal zu einem Team-Event einladen. Das sind alle gute Maßnahmen, die Appical zu einem noch besseren Onboarding-Erlebnis flankieren können. Pros Ich finde, Appical hat das Tool sehr stark für Pre- und Onboarding weiterentwickelt. Das neue Toolkit, um Stakeholder und Mentoren in das Pre- und Onboarding aktiv mit einzubinden begeistert mich sehr. Es ermöglicht Stakeholder sich einfach einzubringen und reduziert deren Arbeitsaufwand erheblich. Für Admins bzw. HR erlaubt es Appical den gesamten Prozess und angrenzende Prozesse wie IT-Bestellungen zu orchestrieren. Für mich ist der starke Fokus auf die New Hire Experience einer der größten Vorteile. Da Appical ausschließlich auf Pre- und Onboarding spezialisiert ist, bietet die Lösung aus meiner Erfahrung deutlich mehr Möglichkeiten als viele allgemeine HR-Systeme in diesem Bereich. Positiv sehe ich außerdem die Integrationsmöglichkeiten mit Bewerbermanagement- und HRM-Systemen. Dadurch lässt sich der Pre- und Onboarding-Prozess weitgehend automatisieren und Medienbrüche werden reduziert. Cons Das man Führungskräfte immer noch überzeugen muss das Onboarding schon nach Vertragsunterschrift beginnt und sie sich dabei schon einbringen sollten und nicht erst ab Tag 1. Das hat zwar im Grunde nichts mit dem Tool an sich zu tun. Die Performance Probleme sind behoben und gehören jetzt der Vergangenheit an. Now we can give our new employees a warm welcome. They feel more appreciated and as a result are more dedicated. Happy people make happy people :) Pros It gives us an opportunity to inform new employees about our business and our ways, days before their first workday, so they can make a topstart right from the beginning. Cons Minor 'bugs' like a counter that doesn't count. We've started as a pilot for the accounting team only but now use the all Pros Comes with a Free app which can be branded as your company's own. There are a lot of options to customize your content and ask your new hires for feedback. You can make quizzes or checklists I.e. Also they offer possibilities for augmented or virtual reality tours around your company. Cons Comes with a lot of Templates, you can get lost there a little bit.
