Binnen onze zorgorganisatie ervaren wij Appical als een gebruiksvriendelijke en overzichtelijke onboarding app. De app helpt nieuwe medewerkers op een fijne, informele, gestructureerde manier kennis te maken met onze organisatie, doelgroepen (cliënten en leerlingen), cultuur en praktische zaken. Dit draagt bij aan een warme, goede start voor nieuwe collega’s.

Pros

\- Gebruiksvriendelijk (duidelijk, eenvoudig in gebruik) - Structuur in onboarding (alles op één plek, duidelijk en overzichtelijk) - Tijdwinst voor teamleiders/buddy's bij het inwerktraject - Persoonlijke beleving: interactief, filmpjes, foto's (informeel) - Contact/verbinding: vanaf het eerste moment wordt een nieuwe medewerker geboeid en betrokken bij de zorgorganisatie

Cons

\- het kost in het begin wel even tijd om de app in te richten, zeker bij grote/complexe organisaties; overigens word je hierbij goed ondersteunt door de contactpersonen bij Appical - de vraag; wie is uiteindelijk verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud/modules/content, omdat er meerdere disciplines/vakgebieden bij betrokken zijn.

Prettige club mensen, goed benaderbaar. De CSM \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] is een pretletter (op een goed bedoelde manier) en helpt ons goed.

Pros

Makkelijk te editen, software is gebruiksvriendelijk. Ziet er gelikt uit. De feedback vanuit de organisatie is positief. Een mooi begin voor een hopelijk duurzame samenwerking met een nieuwe collega.

Cons

Als je niets wijzigt krijg je toch meldingen om eea op te slaan. Ik zou previews per onderwerp willen om het resultaat snel in te willen zien.

We werken nu ruim 5 jaar met Appical. De nieuwe collega's zijn tevreden over de informatie die zij ontvangen voor moment van indiensttreding.

\- het functioneel beheer is eenvoudig - gebruikersvriendelijk - echt op maat te maken voor jouw organisatie

Cons

Wat mij betreft zo geen nadelen te benoemen. De kwaliteit en de prijs zijn errug goed in balans en aantal licenties is makkelijk uit te breiden

Ik vind dat een app je een warm welkom geeft als je ergens nieuw start. Je weet veel meer van te voren voordat je daadwerkelijk begint.

Cons

Het enige vind ik dat ik de achterkant van de app Engels is en dat is niet mijn sterkste kant. Maar dit is iets voor mijzelf om te ontwikkelen

Fantastische relatie als Appical partner waarbij we veel bedrijven naar een tweede en beter niveau van onboaridng brengen. Medewerkers komen met meer tevredenheid aan boord, sneller, meer betrokken en beginnen eerder te produceren.

Pros

De ervaring als werknemer en als HR-manager is fantastisch. Het is eenvoudig maar krachtig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om je inwerkproces goed te laten verlopen.

Cons

In een tijdperk waarin AI de trend is, denk ik dat ontwikkelingen in die richting moeten worden opgenomen.

Pros

The way you can include new employees already before their official start date. A fun and light way to introduce information that is needed to start in the company and give new employees a feeling of being welcome.

Cons

The fact that you need to create an account as an employee to receive notifications.

We zijn erg tevreden over Appical. Het helpt in de informatievoorziening en meet ook de betrokkenheid van je nieuwe medewerkers. Met deze informatie ben je een stuk wijzer en kun je gericht je onboarding én dus personeelsbehoud positief beïnvloeden

Pros

Fijne tool voor onze onboarding, draagt bij aan een goede informatievoorziening richting onze kersverse collega's.

Cons

Het is soms, gezien de uitgebreide mogelijkheden binnen deze applicatie, zoeken waar je iets kunt vinden en toepassen, maar naarmate je regelmatig bezig met de door-ontwikkeling van je appical gaat dit steeds beter!

A must have to attract more for the best candidates on the new hire market. As well a must have for all new hires. Gives a structured and modern onboarding experience. A digital solution to provide new hire's Pre- and onboarding experience with the 6C's: Clarification, Culture, Compliance, Connection, CheckBack and Confidence.

Pros

Makes Pre- and Onboard a unique selling point towards candidates and gives a big plus on the employer market. Easy to use, nice Welcome and information stories, complete functionality with storytelling, HR forms, checklists, document and knowledge sector, automated workflows to reduce work at HR and teamleads, Very engaging and exciting for new hires.

Cons

Sometimes loading times are too long, but still delivers the best possible experience.

Appical is al jaren een zeer fijne partner van Visma | Raet waarmee we bij veel organisaties de digitale medewerkersreis van onboarden tot offboarden ondersteunen op een creatieve, en digitale manier.

Pros

Appical vult perfect de tijd in tussen aanname voor een nieuwe baan en de eerste werkdag (en de eerste weken erna), op een gepersonaliseerde manier waardoor je als aanstaande medewerker al helemaal betrokken bent met je nieuwe collega's en bij je nieuwe werkgever.

Cons

Hoe je de Appical app gaat inrichten en vullen met leuke, inspirerende content is iets waar wat meer tijd in kan gaan zitten. Er zijn gelukkig veel voorbeelden en content packs beschikbaar zodat je gauw op weg bent.

Very nice platform to assist users along their full employee journey (from pre- and onboarding, to reboarding and finally off-boarding when they leave the company)

Pros

Amazing user experience ! Very logical and attractive front-end that people love to use. Also smoothless multi-platform experience, switching from web to mobile use.

Cons

The time to set up all courses, but as I understood AI features are coming to speed up this process. Thrilled to see the results....

Il prodotto è facile da usare, è innovativo e ti sorprende sempre. Integrato bene sia sul pc che sul mio iPhone devo dire che non si impalla e mi ha aiutato molto in azienda ad inserirmi

Due to lack of time and other priorities our onboarding process was coming up short. Now we can give our new employees a warm welcome. They feel more appreciated and as a result are more dedicated. Happy people make happy people :)

It gives us an opportunity to inform new employees about our business and our ways, days before their first workday, so they can make a topstart right from the beginning.

Pros

Comes with a Free app which can be branded as your company's own. There are a lot of options to customize your content and ask your new hires for feedback. You can make quizzes or checklists I.e. Also they offer possibilities for augmented or virtual reality tours around your company.

Cons

Comes with a lot of Templates, you can get lost there a little bit. They offer great customer support though.
