Pros I liked the ease of use. Adding and maintaining accounts was very easy. The support for their product was great, very responsive. (15 years ago) Cons The response to problems is near non-existent and limited only to an auto-response stating that they have "created a case number". It appears that no one is in the drivers seat over there. Support is limited to a published email address that no actual person checks. The fact that you can't achieve an invoice is annoying at best. Now for the trap part... oh no we have no contract BUT OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY does so you'll still have to pay them each month for 2 years or fork over $500+. YEP there's the trap. I will say their tech guys know their stuff and are eager to help... sad they have to be cover the butt of a such a crap product.
