Pros

The ability to personalize the invoices and messages to my clients. The customer support is quick to respond to my questions.

Cons

Lacking a mobile app. While I am just starting out, having the ability to invoice via mobile would be a great help.

I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to get paid quicker and spend less time managing their invoices.

Pros

Love the recurring invoicing and billing. Doesnt even compare to the competitors. It saves us over 15 hours a week.

I really dont have any cons to list.

It stated out fantastic about 17 years ago but recently went dramatically down hill.

Pros

I liked the ease of use. Adding and maintaining accounts was very easy. The support for their product was great, very responsive. (15 years ago)

Cons

The response to problems is near non-existent and limited only to an auto-response stating that they have "created a case number". It appears that no one is in the drivers seat over there. Support is limited to a published email address that no actual person checks.

It took me forever to find a reliable and user friendly billing program. I need this for my recurring alarm inhouse customers. Will has helped me get going and set up! I highly recommend them!

Pros

Easy to use and they are really quick to answer questions. All in one source.

Cons

Right now I don't have any.

### "Buyer beware"

We were promised a trial to see if this product would work for us. After realizing that it would not we were still charged the full amount.

Pros

The name. That's about it. Requiring clients to create an account is ridiculous

Cons

Overly complicated. Too much going on to be efficient for a service company to use in the field

Generally I love BillingOrchard. I wish i knew how to set it up so that I got a copy of all my outgoing estimates/invoices in my inbox so that I could access them without opening the application. Also, too often my correspondence with clients goes in spam.

Where do I start Well, these guys talk about how they'll be doing upgraded to add something as simple and a P&L statement but I've yet to see it and I've been with them almost a year. The fact that you can't achieve an invoice is annoying at best. Now for the trap part... oh no we have no contract BUT OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY does so you'll still have to pay them each month for 2 years or fork over $500+. YEP there's the trap. I will say their tech guys know their stuff and are eager to help... sad they have to be cover the butt of a such a crap product.

The support guys do all the can to help you quickly and professionally. They also seem to be listening when we a customer speaks to them about shortcomings and changes they'd like to see. Can't wait to see how they improve and can't tell you how happy I am with the fact that they don't sit around thinking "good enough "
