"Intuitive and friendly UI. Training and Customer support are top notch!"

Pros: The ability to personalize the invoices and messages to my clients. The customer support is quick to respond to my questions.

Cons: Lacking a mobile app. While I am just starting out, having the ability to invoice via mobile would be a great help.

"Recurring Invoices to kill for"

Overall: I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to get paid quicker and spend less time managing their invoices.

Pros: Love the recurring invoicing and billing. Doesnt even compare to the competitors. It saves us over 15 hours a week.

Cons: I really dont have any cons to list.

"Buyer beware"

Overall: We were promised a trial to see if this product would work for us. After realizing that it would not we were still charged the full amount.

Pros: The name. That's about it. Requiring clients to create an account is ridiculous

Cons: Overly complicated. Too much going on to be efficient for a service company to use in the field

"Billing Orchard has improved my business"

Overall: I love that collecting payments is easier and I get paid much faster than before. I've also gotten feedback from clients that they find the payment process simple and easy :)

"Great source for alarm companies"

Overall: It took me forever to find a reliable and user friendly billing program. I need this for my recurring alarm inhouse customers. Will has helped me get going and set up! I highly recommend them!

Pros: Easy to use and they are really quick to answer questions. All in one source.

Cons: Right now I don't have any.

"Yogardener"

Overall: Generally I love BillingOrchard. I wish i knew how to set it up so that I got a copy of all my outgoing estimates/invoices in my inbox so that I could access them without opening the application. Also, too often my correspondence with clients goes in spam.

Pros: Easy

Cons: Frequently have to resend things

"It's A Trap!"

Overall: Where do I start Well, these guys talk about how they'll be doing upgraded to add something as simple and a P&L statement but I've yet to see it and I've been with them almost a year. The fact that you can't achieve an invoice is annoying at best. Now for the trap part... oh no we have no contract BUT OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY does so you'll still have to pay them each month for 2 years or fork over $500+. YEP there's the trap. I will say their tech guys know their stuff and are eager to help... sad they have to be cover the butt of a such a crap product.

"Getting There "

Overall: The support guys do all the can to help you quickly and professionally. They also seem to be listening when we a customer speaks to them about shortcomings and changes they'd like to see. Can't wait to see how they improve and can't tell you how happy I am with the fact that they don't sit around thinking "good enough "

"On The Fence"

Overall: As useful as this software is, it is too much for us. We are a service company that uses this app in the field every day and constantly throughout the day. Ease of use is not a strong point.
