With the right setup and training, it can significantly streamline operations and reduce manual work. Pros Worklio provides a very strong all-in-one platform for payroll, HR, and employee management. The system is flexible and scalable, which makes it a good fit for managing multiple clients or complex organizational structures. I especially like the automation capabilities around payroll and employee changes, as well as the ability to customize workflows to fit different business needs. The platform continues to improve with new features, and integrations help extend its value across other systems. Pros Worklio is a payroll software product that can manage your day-to-day operations of a business. It can manage payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation etc. Employees can also track their time off or view paystubs. It can be used in a variety of different settings, but would be a great for a staffing firm in particular. I really like the feature that has been added for employee onboarding online (aka go paperless!). You can get Worklio up and running easily, as you do not need an IT background to do so. The product's interface is also a plus (very modern). Cons A fairly new platform that will need to gain recognition as there are many other companies which can offer a similar product.
