The combination of system lag and a failed implementation has hurt our productivity rather than helping it. It feels like we are paying for a premium enterprise solution but receiving subpar support and performance. Pros NetSuite is a comprehensive tool that technically houses all business data in one place, which is why we chose it. Cons "The system performance is extremely poor; we deal with constant lag that significantly slows down our daily tasks. Additionally, the functionality does not align with our actual business processes because the implementation team was not helpful. They didn't take the time to understand our workflows, and we were left with a system that feels like a 'round peg in a square hole.' Cons Having to add notes for each and every activity when tracking time.
