Neben der reinen Performance der Software ist an dieser Stelle der hervorragende Service und die individuelle Betreuung durch das Portatour Team hervorzuheben.

Pros

Portatour ermöglicht eine sehr effiziente und flexible Routen-/Tourenplanung. Der Planungsaufwand für die Zusammenstellung von Kundenbesuchstouren reduziert sich deutlich.

Cons

Keine Kategorisierung möglich, zwischen Kunden die telefonisch betreut und die, die direkt angefahren werden sollen.

Die Kombination aus Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Wenn alle KPIs hinterlegt sind, funktioniert die Erstellung der Tourenplanungen auf Knopfdruck. Der Aufwand ist sehr gering und man kann spontan umplanen. Hinzu kommt, dass dieses professionelle System auch Multi-Device-fähig ist. Würde man manuell planen und es kommt kurzfristig etwas dazwischen, müsste man wieder von vorn anfangen. Auch die technische Stabilität ist sehr gut, da es bis jetzt keine signifikante Downtime gab. Das System rechnet sich auch wirtschaftlich. Die Ersparnis an Zeit und Lohnkosten übersteigt die Lizenzkosten deutlich. Das System ist sein Geld wert. Wenn man die Lohnkosten gegenrechnet, zahlt es sich mehrfach aus.

Pros

Die Möglichkeit, schnell und unkompliziert Termine umplanen zu können. Die Portatour App ist ein Spiegelbild der Webanwendung und lässt sich ebenso intuitiv bedienen, wenn man das System einmal verstanden hat.

Cons

Toll wäre die Möglichkeit, einen Export (z.B. Excel) der zukünftigen Termine generieren zu können. Es wäre sinnvoll bereits im Rahmen der Planung zu wissen, wie viele Termine man z.B. in den nächsten 4 Wochen umgesetzt haben wird.

Im großen und ganzen sehr gut, ich selber bin kein Nutzer, sondern der Admin. Im "alten" Tool waren die Auswertungsmöglichkeiten noch nicht so gegeben im neuen mit Gebietsoptimierung jedoch sehr.

Pros

Intuitive Routenplanung von die ADMs, dadurch schnelle Einlernphase für neue Mitarbeiter. Service ist super, nach Wechsel auf CRM Anbindung.

Cons

Ggf. auch ein internes Problem: Mitarbeiter haben Portatour unterschiedlich benutzt, da wir zuvor kein CRM-System hatten. Haben Mitarbeiter Kunden "Remote" betreut über Portatour und nach verschiedenen Icons gewusst, dass diese Kunden nicht angefahren werden müssen, sondern nur abtelefoniert. Dadurch bestand für uns die Gefahr nach Ausscheiden eines Mitarbeiter diese Daten an den nächsten zu übergeben. Gleichzeitig haben Mitarbeiter sich eine eigene Datenbasis aufgebaut die nicht identisch zu der im CRM war... dadurch haben anderen Mitarbeiter bspw. im Innendienst Kontaktdaten gefehlt.

Portatour bietet mehr "Leistung", da direkte Routenplanung. In dem anderen Tool musste man die Tourenplanung händisch machen.

Pros

pretty much everything you throw at this system it comes back with an answer for it. Works very well for the traveling salesperson

Cons

It optimizes almost too well and packs things into a day that sometimes to the point it doesn't make sense to do with recurring stops.

Cool tool, from initial set up to my first personalized cusomter visit schedule not even an hour, could visit 3 more customers per day on average....pretty sweet.

Pros

easy to use reacts flexible to any type of change in my calender mobile
