Terminwünsche oder dringende Besuchstermine können mit den vorhandenen regelmäßigen Kundenterminen schnell, flexibel und ohne großen Planungsaufwand eingeplant werden. Dabei werden von Portatour keine regelmäßigen Kundentermine vergessen. Damit hat unser Außendienstmitarbeiter den Kopf frei für seine originäre Aufgabe. Bei Veränderungen im Marktumfeld oder bei personellen Veränderungen hilft das System unsere Verkaufsgebiete zügig neu zu organisieren und dabei eine gleichmäßige Auslastung im Auge zu behalten. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin ist bei Fragen oder Themen immer ansprechbar und sucht gemeinsam nach einer Lösung. Der regelmäßige Kontakt wird auch genutzt, um über Neuerungen zu informieren und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten zu zeigen.
