Useful tool to manage the high volume of calls received

Pros

Vast suite of features to manage and organize calls, which can be enabled/disabled by administrators and customized by users. Good integration with Cisco Jabber

Cons

Program is not the most stable. Although the interface is highly configurable, many employees only use a small section

Pros

It's not only about call recording its a complete suite in the price of call recording ! Best thing about it the flexibility and the regular upgrade and the customer oriented roadmap.

Cons

Nothing ! It's an amazing product with an amazing team behind it !

We have used other products and Imagicle Recording is by far the best we have used.

Pros

Ease of use and very simplistic. No training for clients.

Cons

Really nothing I can say I like least.

### "Easy button for call recording"

Great product for our needs. Our call center supervisors and manager have immediate visibility into any reported issues and use the recordings for training and counseling.

Pros

The product is very intuitive and inexpensive. Our supervisors were able to use calls in their weekly training and quarterly reviews within a few days of deploying this product.

Cons

The best support agents live in Italy (company headquarters) which is a large time offset for US West Coast. We had some difficulty getting this software installed but it has worked flawlessly since then.

Reason for choosing Imagicle Call Recording

Imagicle has a comparable product and superior pricing.

### "Simple and Usefull"

Pros

The product is very easy and simple to use, is a powerfull solution for manage all the problem linked to call recording!

Cons

For my use there are not so many issue to report, the only difficult I saw is that the software require a technician to setting it up

### "Magicle-y easy to use!"

Very positive. All recorded calls and retrievals work as expected and as easy as our old system.

Pros

Runs on Windows OS, easy to use browser based management with easy to retrieve call recording option. Also, pretty easy to upgrade periodically during the year.

Cons

Could be easier to integrate the software to a Cisco telephony system than it is. Though compared to alternatives it is not as difficult as some others.

Reason for choosing Imagicle Call Recording

Cheaper than competitors, same type of easy to use interface for what we wanted in a solution. It looked pretty easy to manage post install was an added value incentive.
