Our call center supervisors and manager have immediate visibility into any reported issues and use the recordings for training and counseling. Pros The product is very intuitive and inexpensive. Our supervisors were able to use calls in their weekly training and quarterly reviews within a few days of deploying this product. Cons The best support agents live in Italy (company headquarters) which is a large time offset for US West Coast. We had some difficulty getting this software installed but it has worked flawlessly since then. Reason for choosing Imagicle Call Recording Imagicle has a comparable product and superior pricing. All recorded calls and retrievals work as expected and as easy as our old system. Pros Runs on Windows OS, easy to use browser based management with easy to retrieve call recording option. Also, pretty easy to upgrade periodically during the year. Cons Could be easier to integrate the software to a Cisco telephony system than it is. Though compared to alternatives it is not as difficult as some others. Reason for choosing Imagicle Call Recording Cheaper than competitors, same type of easy to use interface for what we wanted in a solution.
