"New to Raken"

**Overall:** We are pleased with the software and hope to be able to utilize it more as we increase our understanding of how it can help our production flow better.

**Pros:** The dashboard feature allows me to see what is going on with all of our projects. It is a great tool to communicate information across all levels of our team. Reporting and quality control features are helpful

**Cons:** The integration is not as complete as we had hoped with our job costing system. Observations are not shown on the dashboard activity and need to be found in the project file.

"Buono Construction Raken Review "

**Overall:** One standout aspect of our experience has been the support from \[sensitive content hidden\]. She’s been absolutely amazing—responsive to all our inquiries and consistently providing detailed guidance on the application's features and best practices. Her support has made our onboarding and continued use of Raken even smoother.

**Pros:** Raken has been a fantastic addition to our toolbox. Its ease of use—from project budgeting to scheduling—has streamlined our daily operations. The ability to send detailed reports to our primary contractors provides a clear visual of progress and activities on-site. It’s made communication and documentation much more efficient.

**Cons:** One area for improvement would be mobile access for administrative tasks. For example, adding a new employee requires switching to a desktop, which can be inconvenient in the field. Expanding mobile functionality would make an already strong platform even better.
