Pros The ease of use. I'm not computer savvy. So this is easy for me to use day to day. Relay information to my boss right away. They can see photos without even coming to the site, especially if there is a change in conditions. Cons It will sometimes log ne out for no reason. Pros Raken helps provide accountability on the job and let's the customer know what is going on each week. Cons The daily and Survey part of the application does not have the option to duplicate your daily activities everyday. As an example rebar placement activities sometimes go on for up to week and it would be great to be able to input that activity once for the remainder of the week. Pros The ease of use of the app for recording daily details and work conditions. Turning those entries into reports that actually make sense and produce information that can be used to improve planning and estimation. The streamlining of daily reports from the field is incalculably useful. Our workforce can complete detailed reports when it suits them, from wherever they are. Using the time tracking module allows for more accurate estimating and take-off. We can compare jobs to similarly sized ones and have a completely accurate picture of what to expect. Raken has considerably reduced scope creep. Cons nothing so far, I've only heard positive feedback from the field, and haven't personally encountered any difficulty. Service has been top notch. I genuinely like this platform. I hope that they can continue to add modules while maintaining the sleek and intuitive design. Simple is good, very good. Please don't screw it up Pros Clean, very clean. Easy, very easy. Not too "heavy" yet fully capable of accomplishing solid outputs while maintaining simple and intuitive user input experience. This platform appears to have been built and designed by folks who REALLY know the industry and it's challenges. Cons Unintentional deletion of previously entered data is a concern. The live updates, seeing those activities make me feel like I am right there. We have multiple jobs in different areas in California and having the opportunity to see who's at the Job-site and what has been done for that day. Pros We find that our daily reports more accurately reflect the days activities as the foremen can complete them throughout the day directly from their phones as opposed to waiting until days end. Cons I'd like to see a section added / option available for carrying over information day to day and not having to re-enter it daily. e.g.we track all rental equipment onsite and we'd like to be able to enter it once and then modify as needed. Pros Once you setup the project, the site super has the template automated for their daily use. Multiple users can contribute to the same, single daily report. When you're working on larger projects, this is vital. Cons It'd be nice to view all of the daily reports for the project in a "file folder" view instead of needing to download a group first.
