They are great with follow up (and patient when your schedule is total chaos and they have to chase you to catch up). Response time is phenomenal on any issue I've had to contact them for. Tools are great...app itself...tutorials...customer service resources, etc. Pros The versatility of the components, ease of use for our field guys (some are not very tech savvy), ability to utiltize tools for many different administrative tasks...almost a one-stop shop for what we need with the growth of our company. I can do a report while at the building and don't have to do it from my vehicle or office. Pros With Raken I can check my jobs, take notes and photos, and quickly send to the customer. The customer knows I have been there and can review progress right from my email. Cons You do have to move up to the much more expensive option to customize your daily report. I use it more every day than I do email. It is very good with documenting. I would just make a way for you to edit or write on the pictures that you take so you can emphasize certain parts of pictures and not The Who.e pictures Pros It is very easy to fill out and follow along with all that I do doing the day. It works well with documenting and helps me to make good notes that I can go back and change until I am satisfied with the report. Cons That during the survey it always takes me all the way out of the survey when I hit the back button and not back to the last entry. Making new projects, updating them, adding pictures and comments to each project is ridiculously easy. Pros Raken is easy to use and very intuitive. This saves my superintendent time, which equates to more time spend elsewhere in the field. Cons None. I had an issue with pulling the weather for a night shift work, but the customer service was able to assist me with that (new update would be issued). I am able to focus on doing what I do best yet we are still able to function as a company and stay in the loop with what is going on around us. It enables us to share information easily and efficiently without using so many words, papers, and documents. Cons I am not the most tech savy person nor do I love having my smartphone on job sites all the time. These are just kind of prices to pay to use the software and the pros outweigh the cons.
