Asprova permite planificar toda la producción de una o varias plantas productivas y todo ello sin salirse de la versión estándar, unicamente a base de parametrización.es posible crear distintos escenarios hipotéticos en función de diversos criterios y lanzar la planificación según nos convenga.

Pros

La mayor parte de las plantas productivas pueden ser planificadas por Asprova sin salirse del estándar. En cuestión de pocos segundos o minutos (dependiendo de cuantas órdenes de trabajo necesite gestionar) tendrás tu escenario planificado y optimizado sin grandes esfuerzos.Usamos en miles de fábricas de muy distintos sectores, es una señal de su enorme potencial.

Cons

A pesar de que insisten que cualquier planta de producción se puede planificar con Asprova y una buena parametrización sin salirse del estándar, en nuestro caso hemos visto que hay ciertos detalles que no iban del todo fluido.El sistema de licencia dependiente de cuantas órdenes de trabajo va a necesitar mover, si es muy elevado, el coste puede ser alto.

Todavía estamos en la fase de elección final del APS a elegir, pero Asprova ahora mismo es la mejor opción que hemos encontrado y muy probablemente nuestra elección final. A destacar el servicio técnico , la cantidad de empresas dedicadas a muy diversas industrias y de muy diferente tamaño que trabajan con el.Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitas para la realización de una planificación de distribución: creación de escenarios, calculo de necesidades, cálculo de rendimientos y distintos escenarios en base a los que quieras priorizar.

Pros

Es muy completo, incluye desde el cálculo de capacidades, materiales, creación de varios escenarios, posibilidad de trabajar con alternativas y todo lo que se puede necesitar para la planificación de la producción a corto, medio y largo plazo... y todo eso sin salirse del estándar.

Cons

Una de sus ventajas es a la vez su gran desventaja... Es un software estándar que no tiende a admitir demasiadas personalizaciones y a veces eso es un problema. Como todo este tipo de softwares, trabaja bajo licencias, pero esto ya es un habitual en la industria.Por el resto, no puedo decir nada malo de Asprova

Buen planificador, más que un secuenciador. Se puede conectar con SAP o Navision por ejemplo. Está muy introducido y testado en industria.

Cons

Es caro y muy complejo de implementar. Tiene requerimientos productivos altos.

Muy contento, un acierto en toda regla. Hacemos en segundos lo que antes nos llevaba horas.

Pros

Lo rápido que es, permitiendo simular diferentes escenarios e hipótesis. Te da ruta óptima de tus órdenes de trabajo en cuestión de unos pocos segundos o minutos.

Cons

El precio, muy por encima de otros planificados que hay en el mercado, aunque bien es cierto que este es el más portante y completo.

Very rich functionality and many many expressions can be configured to suit factory production planning and very detailed planning till seconds level.

Cons

A bit tricky to learn in starting but online learning videos are very detailed and helpful.

Pros

Asprova is a very detailed planning and scheduling software that easily integrated with our ERP system. Because of fast speed of Asprova we quickly respond to market demands and avoid any delayed orders. I think this software is just perfect for any manufacturing companies out there.

Cons

I and our planners really love this software. I never heard anything negative from other users in our company so far. I hope this will continue for years.

I can satisfy clients which are really leading companies and have complicated process and requests . If not Asprova, I couldn't cover them and get any success and profit.

Pros

Asprova can cover really almost all kinds of production industries and types without program development. A lot of functions and settings allow make it possible. Toyota, Cannon, Honda, Denso, Haier, Foxcon etc. use Asprova. In fact, it has 80% market share in Japan. Reading factories change so quickly and often, they can follow them using Asprova with low costs at once.

Cons

Asprova has a lot of functions , so it's not easy to master it. So powerful that makes the costs of ERP waste of money.
