Pros: Easy to use, integrated approach for all the modules, modern UI, REST interfaces, modern workflow management (automated Emails)

Cons: Synapcus is available only as a web solution, a desktop client is not available. Tablet gestures are not totaly adapted.

Overall: Performance, transparency in all the business processes, project work gets more structured, new projects can be aquired easily through a vendor team, project documents are fully integrated in all the modules (CRM, PM, HRM, FI)
