Pros I really like the campaign management feature which allows us to target our all candidates at once+ it gives us all the information about bounced emails, responded, opened, etc which I feel is very unique. Cons There are multiple things which I don't like:-We can not delete multiple candidates from the project, we need to delete every candidate one by one.we can not change the status in bulk. Switched from [Workday HCM](https://www.capterra.com/p/66908/Workday-HCM/) we switched from workday to phenom because we were not able to run an email campaigns for our candidates. Primarily used for applicant tracking, sharing and scheduling. Pros Simple Interface, easy to find applicants, pipeline ease. Cons Filters limit applicant , some errors when generating candidates. June 7, 2023 3.0 It's truly a shame because the product can actually be very cool and helpful. But the lack of support and terrible customer service means that it's more trouble than it's worth. As we signed our contract we had high hopes to expand our business with them into their other products like employee engagement and video interviewing, but that is never going to happen now after our implementation and support experience. Pros Phenom does deliver an amazing career site with the ability to capture Leads and Partial applications. We have seen our application skyrocket since implementation. The CRM is easy to use for simple campaigns and sourcing. Cons The implementation with Phenom was a mess. Their third party implementation partner was clueless and had little to no knowledge of how to properly connect Phenom to our ATS. When we went live with the career site, it took MONTHS to fix all the bugs. This is not an experience unique to us- many of their largest clients do not use the Phenom integrated apply flow. You can see for yourself by starting to apply for a job on their clients pages. Support: Customers do not get a dedicated Success Manager since they switched to a "Global Support Model". All items are tickets, which are never resolved within contract SLAs. The average time of resolution of any ticket, no matter how small, is about 3 weeks. Tickets are often passed from support desk to support desk, with no actions or resolutions. It don't seem like Support has a good understanding of how their product works. I've had a tickets open for 3 weeks for them to tell me, "this is expected behavior".Training/User adoption: Phenom provides a training database, which is useful at times, but it takes 6+ months to become a power user- not even an expert. Because all training is self guided and support tis non existent, you will need a full time employee to manage Phenom. Complicated: The abilities inside Phenom are truly remarkable- if you can get them to work. Without support or guidance provided from Phenom, it feels like you are thrown in there and told "good luck!" Review Source GG Guada G. From a performance perspective, the ability to pull of live reports from the dashboard helps greatly when assessing and driving team performance. Cons At times the reports can take some time to pull off; however, this is a minor detail and I have yet to see any major faults. Specifically, for activating our EVP and segmented brand story at job family level via the career site in multiple languages, as well as the intelligent interface of AI and talent pooling, back-end CRM. Pros Consumer grade, easy to use and intuitive. The roadmap to further develop data insights and AI is especially exciting. Multiple languages and integration to your ATS for full cycle talent attraction and engagement. Cons Some early teething issues with integrating to a larger-company methodology, but this is being improved with integration staff being added. Data insights to allow a drill-down to job level pipelines would be great. Pros The technology has promise in theory. Likewise, the product concept could do very well were it supported by a knowledgeable engineering and QA team. Cons While the technology has promise, they have no QA, no pride in the products they create, and they leave their customers hung out to dry trying to track down someone to fix yet another error on the career site. Likewise, their analytics platform leaves much to be desired, and the data is more often than not incorrect. Phenom is integrated into our ATS (Workday) and not only does it pick up all current applications, it's AI also picks up online impressions and links them to LinkedIN profiles - basically doing the talent sourcing for you. It's intuitive and a tech-savvy recruiter can create dynamic lists to talent pipeline for all kinds of roles. Cons For a user that is very new to talent sourcing tools, this can feel quite daunting and hard to use. Keen to see how it can improve and become even better in the future. Pros I find this to be a very user friendly system which was easy to pick up from the start. It always generates a great pool off candidates and the ability to use it for the full end to end process is great.
