We have been using Lime Talk for the past 4 months and it has been a very valuable tool for communication with our customers. We have people from all around the world visiting our website and sometimes there are specific things and questions they need answers to and that are not answered on the website. Lime Talk allows us to get in touch with them really quickly and easily. A feature that we really appreciate are the offline messages. Whenever a person visits the website when we are not online, they can simply leave us a message and their e-mail address/phone number and it is very easy for us to get back to them. Another thing that has been really useful is the fact that we can see how many people are visiting our website, where they are from, which page(s) the are viewing, how much time they spend there and much more. All the texts can be changed and adjusted very easily, so you are able to personalize the product very well. To make your conversations with customers easier, you can set automated messages or send ready-made responses. You can even start the conversation with a visitor yourself. The program is very well arranged, intuitive and easy to use. The customers support is great, we always receive responses within a few hours. Overall, we are glad we decided to get Lime Talk, it has been making our life much easier. In the 4 months we haven't really found any flaws, everything has been working really well for us. A great product.

We are using Lime Talk for more than a year and it still suit our needs. Set up was really easy and the app is also super-easy to use. Features are sufficient and the price is really nice although we have 3 operators. I can really reccommend!

Limetalk has made on-line communication for us and also for our clients simple and highly efficient - it really matches the way we tend to communicate with our clients. We also find very helpful the 24/7 client support and useful updates. We have only positive experience - the web app offers great functionality, visual look and user interaction is very smooth and responsive.

I am using Lime Talk on my website for several years. As I am most of the time on the road, I appreciate the possibility to respond to my visitors through mobile. The web application is also easy to use. Pros: Inactivity detector helps to get customer e-mail address when I am bussy. Cons: Only one theme of widget available.

Pros

One of the most valued features of Livetalk is that I can see in real time when a visitor visit my website and on what page is he/she right now. I'm happy with that I can set my own rules, which Lime Talk will use to automatically to trigger a message from me.

Cons

I'm happy with it but it wouldbe great if there is a dedicated mobile application especially for LimeTalk

Pros

Lime has very intuitive and user friendly design, very easy to use which helps to have quick communication with the user and provide good support. Integrates well.

Cons

Customization is not very easy, also sometimes we had drop outs, but overall the tool satisfied all possible needs.

In our customer care and sales, Limetalk helps us to get as many leads as from email or phone calls. It helps us to stay in touch with customers who would probably not contact us via other channel. It also helps our customer support to be more efficient. Limetalk is also very user friendly - it is easy to modify the visual according to the needs of website and client/ visitor can easily leave the message. We specially appreciate the possibility to get offline messages.

for setting a text of the chat window - it´s hard to find where the exact title is - it would be helpful to find an interactive picture, where you can change the titles

Pros

That I can see location to person who ir online to my web site. But in history I can't see where come persont who was on my sit. I see location area just when they are online.

Cons

It is very basic aplication, it would be grate that it would be possible to choose more variantions of design.
