Executive and a few other members of the showpass team are very fast to help me with issues. i like that most. he was understanding with the small nature of my company and helpful because im on my own.

Pros

i like the team behind it. they are helpful.

Cons

most of our attendees didn't download the app because they didn't know too. i'm not sure why that is.

I mostly use it for work to schedule people in to guestlists or events and that's been easy- no problems at all. It makes a good base of knowledge without confusing back and forth rather than having to communicate details with peopel

Pros

its easy and quick to be able to book things like guestlists etc for my work, and also helpful with purchasing keeping track of tickets, no paper, all available on your phone when needed

kind of hard to know all the features unless told specifically how to use them

Pros

Really enjoy using Showpass and don’t see myself switching anytime soon. The website integration and abandoned cart feature are great additions. Being able to sell tickets right from my site has been helpful and reminding customers when they still have a ticket in there cart is great.

Cons

Im not sure if im using all of what showpass offers. A list with all of the features nicely laid out would be great (not sure if this exists already)

Very easy to set up and sort out with them. They are a great team and we love working with them

I love how easy it is to track and the implementation into our website and Facebook. It is so easy to direct people to the page

Cons

The punch passes are a little confusing to us. We are using credits but have not quite got the hang of setting them up. It is annoying that you need to create the credits and passes outside of the event and then again in the event you want to sell in

QR codes and ticketing are seemless, you can easily make sure that people will be granted access via just on QR.

Cons

Sometimes people will abuse the code system.

The easy ability to edit and change all the information. The customer support were an awesome help!

Cons

There was a bit of a delay in the service from Showpass setting up all our features. I found I had to develop a lot on my own, but when I did reach out to the support they were very helpful.

The learning curve is a little steep unless you are a computer guru (which I am not) but representative is just awesome with the support she gives. even the dumbest question is not dismissed and she is so very helpful
