Pros

The free-flowing nature of this software is brilliant. I love how easy it is to use and how everything is in one central hub. From booking time off to checking my contract information, it does the job really nicely. We were all provided with light training when the platform was first introduced at work, however, I wouldn't say we really needed it. It's that easy to use!

Cons

Never had any problems with it whatsoever.

Very good system for carrying out HR tasks :)

Pros

I use this on a daily basis to book holidays for our staff and to enter course details on to each person's training records. I also record risk assessments on here too. The program is very easy to use and the design is excellent.

Cons

Surprisingly I haven't encountered any issues despite using on a daily basis. Really happy with it.

Really happy with the platform - superb.

Pros

Our HR system used to be governed by our hugely outdated intranet system until we made the switch over to MyPeople earlier this year. Talk about an upgrade! So far it seems like a really clever system that is actually incredibly easy to use.

Cons

Honestly nothing to report in terms of negative comments about MyPeople.
