I am used to a bit more "modern" systems, but this worked well for what we needed and in the timeframe we needed to accomplish it. We definitely saw the money for the value and were able to gather our employee performance reviews for our annual cycle in a compliant and secure manner. Pros The system is easy to use once you get comfortable where this and that it is in the system (from the admin perspective). Other users (evaluees and evaluators) find using the systems easy from their first day. Also the price is great! Cons Nothing to complain about really. Cons With the structure of our firm, the format of managers is difficult to use in AssessTeam, because our team is not always a top down manager style. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees. Pros It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee. Cons Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how. My division has used this for 3-4 years after originally using a different system. It takes a little while to get truly comfortable, but it has worked very well for us. I've built out our evaluation templates myself, and if that's something you're interested in, AssessTEAM allows you to do that. Pros I'm able to configure my evaluation templates exactly the way I want, and can customize the system to send them out the way I want to. This software is very flexible, and allows you leeway to tailor it to your needs. We use these evaluations for joint commission certification, and I like the way the final evaluation is presented. I can easily create multiple templates for any job description I may have a need for. Cons When I started with the system, it has so many features it's a little overwhelming. Luckily, my support person, \[sensitive content hidden\], was always available to help me, and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want it to do. Pros The half-year performance review functionality is the one we utilized the most. Cons Hard to setup a new questionnaire and score card session in a short time, 10 minutes.
