Overall I have found the system easy to navigate and build our team and evaluation schedule. We have our first rollout this week and we are very excited to see the results!

Pros

It allows for flexible evaluation models which helps create more well rounded feedback. The evaluations are 100% customizable but the system comes with dozens of prebuilt options that can be tweaked as needed. The support team is fantastic and responsive.

Cons

Minor UI issues - why does it automatically alphabetize my evaluation questions? I build them in a specific order/flow, then it sorts them alphabetically and then I have to go back in a rearrange everything. I would like to see some ability to input financial data as a marker on an evaluation. I do not see using the Goals functionality too much at this time, since the scales and measurements are not necessarily what I am looking for.

I'm not a huge fan. It's ok, but for the end user. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees.

Pros

It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.

Cons

Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.

Great experience overall! From our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] to the software itself, everything has been consistently reliable. We’ve been using it for quite some time because it’s so easy to use and incredibly accessible, and I really love that they continue to make improvements every single year. You can tell they actually listen to feedback and care about making things smoother for us. It just keeps getting better, and that makes a huge difference!

Pros

I love the accessibility and how easy it is to use, not just for me but for managers and employees too, and the cost is great as well! Compared to other software, this one gets right to the point: get the evaluations to employees and make sure everything is compliant. We needed something that truly gets the job done and is simple to use, especially since employees are balancing multiple projects along with their assessments. For ease of use, this is great!!! Also, our account manager has been with us for years. With other software, it is rare for that to happen. Usually, as soon as you get familiar with someone, they leave. It is amazing that our account manager knows exactly how to help us every time. It really makes a difference! Honestly, I may have moved on if it was not for him, because he makes everything so easy, and I know I can count on not just the software every year but on him as well- Thanks \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

It’s great. I think there is a bit of a learning curve, like with any software, but just like with ours, I am sure that if you need any help your account manager will be there to assist

Pros

the price is my favorite part. THere are a lot of other options out there but they are very expensive.

Cons

over the years there have been some glitches that have caused some employees to see who reviewed them even when it was supposed to be anonymous

For the price and easy to use, I'd rate this system as a 10 of 10, especially for small / medium companies like ours.

Pros

The system is easy to use once you get comfortable where this and that it is in the system (from the admin perspective). Other users (evaluees and evaluators) find using the systems easy from their first day. Also the price is great!

Cons

Nothing to complain about really. We've been using this system for our performance evaluations for years and it's very user friendly.

\[sensitive content hidden\], my rep is so fantastic. He is so knowledgeable, nice and always responds timely. No matter how many questions I throw his way (sometimes multiple questions daily) he is always so kind and responsive.

Pros

Being able to send automated reminders, get electronic signatures and have the ability to pull reports.

Cons

Love being able to pull reports, however they export the data but the report would need to be heavily updated before using. Would love the ability to select what data gets exported.

I really like this software system for our performance evaluations. My division has used this for 3-4 years after originally using a different system. It takes a little while to get truly comfortable, but it has worked very well for us. I've built out our evaluation templates myself, and if that's something you're interested in, AssessTEAM allows you to do that.

Pros

I'm able to configure my evaluation templates exactly the way I want, and can customize the system to send them out the way I want to. This software is very flexible, and allows you leeway to tailor it to your needs. We use these evaluations for joint commission certification, and I like the way the final evaluation is presented. I can easily create multiple templates for any job description I may have a need for.

Cons

When I started with the system, it has so many features it's a little overwhelming. Luckily, my support person, \[sensitive content hidden\], was always available to help me, and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want it to do. I can't stress enough how important customer support is for software like this, and \[sensitive content hidden\] has provided that expertise for me every single time I needed his help.

The 360 Degree evaluations was easy to setup and very user friendly. The service we received was beyond our expectations taking concierge service to the next level. It was easy to connect to support staff and was extremely helpful in all our engagements
