It has been very great and the level of service is consistent since the beginning. Rajat has been very helpful.

Pros

I get the best help from our Account Manager, Rajat. He has been very helpful from the beginning, and is quick to respond to our concerns.

Cons

None at all. We like AssessTEAM and it has been very helpful with our evaluations and surveys. It woud help if it harness AI to bring more comprehensive summary or highlights of evaluations.

I'm not a huge fan. It's ok, but for the end user. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees.

Pros

It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.

Cons

Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.

Overall, after I got used to it, I enjoy using it. It was a little complex initially to set up our employee's and the assessments.

Pros

I like the ease of being able to quickly assess team members. It allows me to reflect on team member performance quickly and in a meaningful way.

Cons

With the structure of our firm, the format of managers is difficult to use in AssessTeam, because our team is not always a top down manager style.

Overall I have found the system easy to navigate and build our team and evaluation schedule. We have our first rollout this week and we are very excited to see the results!

Pros

It allows for flexible evaluation models which helps create more well rounded feedback. The evaluations are 100% customizable but the system comes with dozens of prebuilt options that can be tweaked as needed. The support team is fantastic and responsive.

Cons

Minor UI issues - why does it automatically alphabetize my evaluation questions? I build them in a specific order/flow, then it sorts them alphabetically and then I have to go back in a rearrange everything. I would like to see some ability to input financial data as a marker on an evaluation. I do not see using the Goals functionality too much at this time, since the scales and measurements are not necessarily what I am looking for.

Pros

the price is my favorite part. THere are a lot of other options out there but they are very expensive.

Cons

over the years there have been some glitches that have caused some employees to see who reviewed them even when it was supposed to be anonymous

It's customizable to be able to suit our needs. The team is always ready and willing to assist if we have any questions.

Cons

We cannot export the results into a pdf, only excel is available. We have to print - save as pdf each review individually which isn't the most efficient.

Assessteam is a very easy to use program to track my team's performance. It let's us customize the KPIs and goals, and allows us to pick an evaluation schedule of our choice. The convenience of using mobile apps to do monthly reviews on the go is a bonus and the customer team support was very approachable. Looking to leverage other features like time tracking also in the coming months.

Great -- 5\* customer service! Software is easy to set up and use.

Pros

My account rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], is awesome and he continues to be so helpful in finetuning our system. Easy to set up, video trainings are great, and once you get the hang of it, a great way to manage performance evaluations.

Cons

A bit clunky around the language used, i.e. when setting goals they are called performance indicators, and having to got to different screens to do tasks. Also the performance evaluation provides the information but there isn't a way, unless you create it an evaluation, to document the actual performance conversation. It can be done but just a little clunky. Small in comparison to what I love about the ease and use of this software.

Ease of use and wasn't this huge system - very specific to what I needed.
