Great experience overall! From our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] to the software itself, everything has been consistently reliable. We’ve been using it for quite some time because it’s so easy to use and incredibly accessible, and I really love that they continue to make improvements every single year. You can tell they actually listen to feedback and care about making things smoother for us. It just keeps getting better, and that makes a huge difference!

Pros

I love the accessibility and how easy it is to use, not just for me but for managers and employees too, and the cost is great as well! Compared to other software, this one gets right to the point: get the evaluations to employees and make sure everything is compliant. We needed something that truly gets the job done and is simple to use, especially since employees are balancing multiple projects along with their assessments. For ease of use, this is great!!! Also, our account manager has been with us for years. With other software, it is rare for that to happen. Usually, as soon as you get familiar with someone, they leave. It is amazing that our account manager knows exactly how to help us every time. It really makes a difference! Honestly, I may have moved on if it was not for him, because he makes everything so easy, and I know I can count on not just the software every year but on him as well- Thanks \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

It’s great. I think there is a bit of a learning curve, like with any software, but just like with ours, I am sure that if you need any help your account manager will be there to assist

We have experienced great customer service, anytime we have a question it gets answered quickly, they help with the changes or set up anytime we ask.

Pros

It's easy to use, I like how the reviews go out automatically once set up and the set up is easy. I like how it can pull all of the reviews combined together.

Cons

I don't like how you can't go back and edit an evaluation once you submit it, how you have to start over. When you combine all of the evaluations for one person, it's hard to see it all one page/screen - would like to see this presented in a different way so it's easier to read.

Everyone was able to submit peer nominations, self-reflections, peer reviews and upward feedback. It was about as 360 as it could get. I am used to a bit more "modern" systems, but this worked well for what we needed and in the timeframe we needed to accomplish it. We definitely saw the money for the value and were able to gather our employee performance reviews for our annual cycle in a compliant and secure manner.

Pros

It was a quick implementation and launch thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]. My company had to move quickly so there were things I missed that I had to go back and fix later but with \[sensitive content hidden\] guidance and expertise, things went as smoothly as they could!

Cons

I wish there were some more bulk actions like downloading everyone's PDF in bulk rather than one-by-one

Very good. \[sensitive content hidden\] (rep) has always been a blessing and is an attentive rep. The team has provided a good number of functionality requests that are specific to our needs, and when not available, he does a great job of advocating on our behalf.

Pros

Easy to use for the evaluators. Set up is super easy for entering individual, or mass, user profiles.

Cons

The inability to edit after an evaluator has signed & finished an evaluation can be a problem as there can be a third party not usually in the loop that has inputs. Perhaps move this functionality to after the evaluee signs.

Our salesperson was very helpful and patient as we navigated the exploratory and set up process. Our team of managers have enjoyed the simplicity of getting the reviews started. We especially like that there is a mobile app making it really easy for our staff to participate.

Pros

A very simple, yet robust platform that has been easy for our managers to learn and utilize! Our salesperson was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and helping to get us set up.

Cons

Nothing! It does exactly what we need. After having used several other platforms, it was a relief to find something that easily meets our needs.

would like to have a function on where to pull a report to a XLSX format instead of a CSV file/ or a option to change between the two.

Working with AssessTEAM has been great. Any time I have need support they are very easy to contact and have always been very thorough in supporting us.

Pros

High value for the cost. The platform is very flexible so that we have plenty of ways to create, schedule and perform employee evaluations. I would say the number one feature is system flexibility to accommodate our needs.

Cons

It can be a bit complicated because of the range, flexibility and power of the system but once you've done the onboarding you will be set to maximize your usage of the platform.

So far its been great so far. Being able to get different assessment from multiple foreman give a full and accurate assessment of an individual.

Pros

The flexibility to make the assessments that best fit our need. WE have used AssessTeam for multiple things.

Cons

At times a paper copy is needed the info does not seem to convert to a print document very well, document look a bit clunky

I especially appreciate the Evaluation Templates, which make creating and managing assessments simple and efficient.

Cons

I’m still unsure where I can view the reminders that have already been sent to employees—for example, how many times a reminder has been sent. Could you please let me know where I can access this information?

We used AssessTEAM for a modified three-hundred and sixty degree peer review for performance management. We only did the process once and did not try again.

Pros

We found AssessTEAM to be an affordable option to employ for team assessment. Competitors would have cost a lot more.

Cons

Some of our team members had problems with learning the interface. We held a lunch and learn to help people understand what we were trying to do.

Friendly and timely customer service response. That was greatly appreciated. We struggled to assign correct template to the right managers since we have multiple levels of assessers.

Pros

Flexibilities and customer service responses. Staff's sincererity to solve any issues we may have was always visible and they responded quickly.

Cons

It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create.

For the price and easy to use, I'd rate this system as a 10 of 10, especially for small / medium companies like ours.

Pros

The system is easy to use once you get comfortable where this and that it is in the system (from the admin perspective). Other users (evaluees and evaluators) find using the systems easy from their first day. Also the price is great!

Cons

Nothing to complain about really. We've been using this system for our performance evaluations for years and it's very user friendly.

Pros

What I like most is the customer service team. \[sensitive content hidden\] frequently check in with me to see if I have issues, along with my HR consultant. I also like that I have the flexibility to build new assessments or receive assessments created by the system that assist in contouring each assessment to fit each employee.

Cons

At times the program is not user-friendly and can be tough to understand but once coached - I was able to navigate the program with ease.

It's been a positive experience. It has been difficult to get all the evaluators on board - they are old school pen and paper but each year there are more participants.

Pros

Customer support. I have had many questions throughout the set up process - from our initial consultation three years ago until now - and \[sensitive content hidden\] has always responded quickly and answered all my questions.

Cons

I honestly do not utilize much of what is offered on AssessTeam. Too many options to chose from - My evaluation is great and meets my needs perfectly

Overall, the site is friendly to use. A few features could be changed to make the process flow faster, but this could also be my lack of knowledge. Managers enjoy using it.

Pros

Ease of pulling reports. Being able to timely provide feedback to team members. Able to quickly tell who needs help with which training topics and others who are strong on those skills.

Cons

Sometimes the reporting isn't as detailed as I'd like. We just came across where the managers didn't put in the correct dates for the assessment but did add the correct date in the survey when asked. This just shows the need for more manager training.

We have been using it for about three years, and we are a small to medium size law firm. It fits our needs, although I am sure larger firms would experience the same level of satisfaction.

Pros

This is a very user-friendly product to use. I had looked at many vendors, but this system stands out. In addition, the client service is excellent. The price point is good, and you also have the ability to customize the evaluations.

Cons

I really can't think of anything that I would change or recommend. The designers did a very good job with this product.

I do not have any issues with AssessTeam at all and if I did I'd just have to reach out to customer support and it would be solved immediately!!! A++++
