Pros It's easy to use, I like how the reviews go out automatically once set up and the set up is easy. I like how it can pull all of the reviews combined together. Cons I don't like how you can't go back and edit an evaluation once you submit it, how you have to start over. When you combine all of the evaluations for one person, it's hard to see it all one page/screen - would like to see this presented in a different way so it's easier to read. The platform is very flexible so that we have plenty of ways to create, schedule and perform employee evaluations. I would say the number one feature is system flexibility to accommodate our needs. Cons It can be a bit complicated because of the range, flexibility and power of the system but once you've done the onboarding you will be set to maximize your usage of the platform.
