Pros It's easy to use, I like how the reviews go out automatically once set up and the set up is easy. I like how it can pull all of the reviews combined together. Cons I don't like how you can't go back and edit an evaluation once you submit it, how you have to start over. When you combine all of the evaluations for one person, it's hard to see it all one page/screen - would like to see this presented in a different way so it's easier to read.
