We have a dedicated team which uses eyeshare and automates all the IT process like ticketing...every 5 minutes there will be a scheduler based check and we have almost 11k tickets every month resolved using eyeshare..in addition to it we have automated space check activities in system and triggering the available spaces as mail in specific format.assesment monitoring ,sending checklist, data analysis are few other areas that we have automated.

Pros

Eyeshare Tool has plenty of activities which allows us to perform varied type of automation.All backend based activities can be automated with simple workflow components in addition to it we can program and customise by writing console application for any complex process and it will enable us automating all kind of activties.

Cons

There is no common forum available for eyeshare where we can discuss our ideas and doubts but there is indeed a ticketing support system where u can raise your concern with a ticket and someone from the developement team will help us.

Overall experience with eyehu has been wonderful. The support works fine . They have trial licence with limited feature.

Pros

It is a very powerful ITSM automation tool. Lot of IT Processes like user on boarding and of boarding, service monitoring etc and be easily implemented by using eyeshare .

Cons

Not more features available for automating desktop applications . Automating in Citrix environment is difficult.

Eyeshare has really surprised us on its possibilites, you can automate almost every routine, task ou troubleshooting process that you have, using a variety of technologies and orchestrating with many systems out of the box.
