The ability to have different folders for different access is also really nice. Pros Easy to use and search- and I've used (and set-up) a few Contract Management Systems! The metadata functions are critical to being able to quickly search and find the requested contracts. Cons Honestly- the simplicity of it is the beauty. Not sure if it has the ability to plug into a finance system, but being able to track spend against the contract would be a great feature if not available already! Cons The only thing I dislike about ContracSafe is waiting for the signatories to sign the contracts and complete the process. Pros We recently added ContractSafe to our company. It keeps our agreement approval process seamless. Easy to manage and navigate through. The approval process makes it easy for all to review and see comments from those approving the contract. It's extremely useful and highly recommended. Cons At first, it was difficult to navigate because of lack of training but once you logged on and started working through it became easier to use.
