Very pleased! Not only is the customer support quick and thorough, but the help button is available for any user issues.

Pros

This product is super user-friendly having all our contracts housed in one place is amazing for document review.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about ContracSafe is waiting for the signatories to sign the contracts and complete the process.

It's easy to use and manage your contracts in one location and view all comments associated to the approved contract.

Pros

We recently added ContractSafe to our company. It keeps our agreement approval process seamless. Easy to manage and navigate through. The approval process makes it easy for all to review and see comments from those approving the contract. It's extremely useful and highly recommended.

Cons

At first, it was difficult to navigate because of lack of training but once you logged on and started working through it became easier to use.

Pros

Easy to use interface when it comes to navigation. AI made updating key attributes incredibly easy to implement.

Cons

While the ai was great , the new ui was a bit hard to navigate compared to the old one. The folder section we used to divide departments.

We have departments upload their contracts for our legal team to divide and review so the ability to centralize contracts is a big deal for our local government. The reminders for expiration & renewal are particularly valuable for risk management. We can edit contracts or tie our addendums to the contract folder for future reference. Customer support is responsive, friendly and very helpful.

Pros

Our legal dept. is essentially paperless and uses ContractSafe to manage, organize & edit contracts.

Cons

I get too many email reminders that a contract is waiting for review, but thats personal preference.

ContractSafe developers were highly skilled, responsive, and reliable throughout our startup process. Their attention to detail and dedication to make sure everything worked smoothly for us were great. The contract software exceeded our expectations and was very user-friendly.

Pros

Great experience working with this software contract company. They were professional, responsive, and delivered. Communication was clear throughout, getting the project set up. This was a major plus for our company in keeping our contracts in order. The ease of getting our contracts into the system was well worth it.

Cons

I have not had any complaints about this company or its software. Everything requested has been satisfied.

Its so easy to use, secure and safe, and a nice clean interface to get to what you need quickly with minimal searching. The filters and clear areas have the user in my mind.

Pros

Ease of use and simplicity is excellent - so easy to access, download and upload even direct from email. Filter functions works very well and make it easy to find what you need straight away. Column filters also an excellent function to get what you want quickly.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues or cons so far in my 18mths of use. I can't even think of a suggestion for improvement...unless you could add an AI capability

Has made our processes much more efficient - and we aren't yet using all the functionality. Helpful and friendly people.

Pros

Great UI and highly configurable. A massive improvement on our static contract repository. The notifications and alerts are particularly helpful.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. It's a great solution. I found it easy to set up and the pre contract phase very straightforward.

Great value product which provides peace of mind for important and sensitive company documents. Overall, it is an excellent user experience which is easy to navigate and which significantly reduces manual effort.

Pros

The user experience is straightforward and intuitive, with everything being generally uncomplicated. Documents being searchable almost immediately massively improves discoverability and accuracy. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall it is reassuring to know that all of our documents are in one place, that they have strong access control protection and that documents are easily retrievable and reportable.

Cons

What is missing is more integration with upload methods or alternative storage locations. Submitting documents by email is very useful, however all uploads are grouped together and subject line or intelligent classification would be of huge benefit. Tighter integration with Microsoft or Google storage platforms for either upload or storage extension would be valuable. Customers would benefit from an easier to scale license model, supporting more granular storage volumes.

To date, my overall experience with ContractSafe has been excellent. Whenever I have a question, I can easily reach out to my Customer Success Manager, search the comprehensive help resources, or use the chat feature to connect with support. Each option has provided timely and effective assistance, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience

Pros

What stands out most about ContractSafe is its exceptional ease of use and intuitive document management interface. We needed a solution that could be seamlessly implemented across our organization and easily adopted by all users—ContractSafe delivered exactly that. It provides the functionality we require without unnecessary complexity, making it both efficient and accessible. Overall, it has proven to be a highly effective tool that aligns perfectly with our needs. I also appreciate the continued advancement of the product and adding new helpful features that makes the product even better.

Cons

What I liked least about ContractSafe was the initial effort required to enter all of our existing contracts; however, this was ultimately a result of my own choice. ContractSafe offers solutions to streamline this process quickly and efficiently, but I opted to complete the data entry myself. In hindsight, this approach provided valuable insight into the platform’s features and functionality, which better equipped me to train our staff with confidence and clarity.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. We had been keeping contracts in a database of our own designing, and frankly, it was disorganized and hard to use. ContractSafe is a big improvement, and I feel it's just going to get better and better.

Pros

Customer support has been stellar. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very accessible, and the Help and Guide sections of the app is great! It is very easy to use and figure out on my own as well. It's highly customizable, which is great!

Cons

We've had a little trouble with the AI picking up correct information, but we continue to work on it with \[sensitive content hidden\]
