Cons While the reports can be customized, a richer dashboard would be nice to see. Charts and tables with counts of upcoming contract renewals is one example of how this view would be beneficial. A table showing contracts that are completely filled out would also be nice to see. I’ve had productive meetings with my account representative, uploaded and organized my contracts, and am now finishing the setup process. So far, the platform has delivered exactly what was advertised - which is not always the case with new software—and it’s been straightforward to use throughout the implementation. Pros I really like the date tracking and reporting features, as well as how clearly organized and customizable the system is. The new AI functionality is amazing and already very useful - I’m excited to see how it continues to develop. The customer support team is also excellent, and the overall value for money is great. Cons At times, the system can be a bit slow to load, especially when working with larger files or multiple searches. It’s also difficult to directly compare contracts within the platform, which can make side-by-side reviews or version checks more time-consuming. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible. Pros The service is very user friendly. Not complicated at all. I really like how easy it is to search documents, and the linking and reminder features are very helpful in keeping things organized. Cons The A-1 assistant could use some tweaking, not always accurate. The system is missing the ability to delete contracts while within the contract details page. Pros Easy to use and search- and I've used (and set-up) a few Contract Management Systems! The metadata functions are critical to being able to quickly search and find the requested contracts. Cons Honestly- the simplicity of it is the beauty. Pros The most attractive features of Contract Safe are the people who work there and the program- it is easy to implement, use and understand. Cons The least favorite feature is that you need frontload all of the agreements and tag them but that is with every comparable software program. The best part is that ContractSafe helps with it. He answered all of my many questions and provided me with the needed technical supporting documentation. After joining ContractSafe, my next contact was a Customer Success Manager and she has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the system. There is always help around the corner when it is needed, which is not needed that much because this system if fairly straight forward and easy to use. Pros There are several factors why ContractSafe was chosen over all of the other contract systems. Ease of use was the primary reason (as well as easy to install), while the other factor was the lower cost of use. Also, both of my contacts at ContractSafe have been very helpful. Cons There have not been any negatives in using ContractSafe. On rare occasions, the system will freeze up while I am updating an agreement, but I can simply unfreeze it by clicking on the refresh icon. It was very difficult to know what we had agreed to in any of our contracts. ContracSafe has brought all of our data points together in one spot. The site is very intuitive and easy to use. The ability to customize the meta data fields to suit our agreements as well as the easily configurable reports is also a huge plus. Pros For our organization we feel that the ease of use and ease of being able to customize the format was a huge plus. The customer support has been outstanding, ContractSafe wants you to get what you paid for, and they are always available to help. Overall, this product is great value for money! Cons Sometimes the documents when resized can be blurry, however if you switch to the document only view it usually rectifies itself. It occurs very infrequently. The AI module continues to learn and becomes more and more accurate overtime, which saves time with initial load and setup of documents. Overall, extremely easy to adapt to our existing business processes and easily modified once set when requirements change Cons Any software can be improved. Native API level integration with reporting tool suites is my number one request as an add on to the product. June 24, 2024 5.0 I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] to do a demo, and I was impressed with the features, especially the AI function that automatically identifies the start and expiration dates, the company, counterparties, and any other important information you need to identify. You can even set up notifications to alert you to upcoming expiration dates. ContractSafe is one of the most intuitive services I've ever used. I signed up about a month ago, and I've already uploaded over 150 documents. I especially love the ability to tag each document, create links, and set up folders and subfolders to organize our documents easily. The onboarding process was easy, and I had all the support I needed. Their security is top-notch as well. Pros ContractSafe is one of the most intuitive services I've ever used. It helps plan renewal before termination to maintain smooth business activity with partners. It may lack a few bells and whistles of some much pricier platforms, I didn't feel that I would need those features and/or not worth the price difference. This platform has worked great for us so far. Cons I wish that drag and drop was a feature to add contracts. Additionally, while there are way to customize the view, I wish there was a way to automatically have a certain view be associated with different folders. I use it to create analysis, based on dates and plans. This is so easy to do using this tool. Also, we send reminders to our Customer Success team when a contract is close to the expiration date. Pros ContractSafe is easy to use, has robust features, and has excellent customer support. It has a user-friendly interface requiring minimal training to get started. It has various support options, including live chat and comprehensive online resources​. Its feature for automated reminders is key for our company, as this helps our Customer Success team every month. Cons I can only think of the Search option: I find searching for a contract using its Unique ID difficult. If I paste the Unique ID, I don't get any results, unless I click on the advanced search.
