They made a stressful task for me bearable and quite honestly, fun. You should use them as your vendor- you will be glad you did . Pros The most attractive features of Contract Safe are the people who work there and the program- it is easy to implement, use and understand. Cons The least favorite feature is that you need frontload all of the agreements and tag them but that is with every comparable software program. The best part is that ContractSafe helps with it. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible. Pros The service is very user friendly. Not complicated at all. I really like how easy it is to search documents, and the linking and reminder features are very helpful in keeping things organized. Cons The A-1 assistant could use some tweaking, not always accurate. The system is missing the ability to delete contracts while within the contract details page. It was very difficult to know what we had agreed to in any of our contracts. ContracSafe has brought all of our data points together in one spot. The site is very intuitive and easy to use. The ability to customize the meta data fields to suit our agreements as well as the easily configurable reports is also a huge plus. Pros For our organization we feel that the ease of use and ease of being able to customize the format was a huge plus. The customer support has been outstanding, ContractSafe wants you to get what you paid for, and they are always available to help. Overall, this product is great value for money! Cons Sometimes the documents when resized can be blurry, however if you switch to the document only view it usually rectifies itself. It occurs very infrequently. He answered all of my many questions and provided me with the needed technical supporting documentation. After joining ContractSafe, my next contact was a Customer Success Manager and she has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the system. There is always help around the corner when it is needed, which is not needed that much because this system if fairly straight forward and easy to use. Pros There are several factors why ContractSafe was chosen over all of the other contract systems. Ease of use was the primary reason (as well as easy to install), while the other factor was the lower cost of use. Also, both of my contacts at ContractSafe have been very helpful. Cons There have not been any negatives in using ContractSafe. On rare occasions, the system will freeze up while I am updating an agreement, but I can simply unfreeze it by clicking on the refresh icon. Immediately we saw a major improvement in our reporting capabilities with ContractSafe vs. our past contract management software provider. Cons As we have only been using ContractSafe for a short period, we really have not experienced a feature we are missing. The only small complaint we have at the moment is the platform does run slow and this can be frustrating at times. The first contracts are in and the user adoption seems to be going smoothly. Pros The UX is very good. ContractSafe was easy to set up and customize, even for lawyers. We got amazing support from the team. We were able to configure approvals, forms, intake, signatures, and reports very easily. ContractSafe is a robust CLM solution and supports key integrations for only a fraction of the price that other vendors charge. It is so basic yet so powerful! We love it so far! Cons As an out-of-the-box solution, we had to think about how to adapt to ContractSafe and not vise versa. Further, the folders and views system is a bit unusual. We would suggest a few features such as user groups, a more direct eSign integration, and a Box integration. We have gone from housing PDFs to being a true project management powerhouse. We are able to store vendor contracts, utilities, vehicle registration, and insurance details for our properties. I appreciate being able to customize views for each of these areas, capturing the unique data points. She helped us build reports, understand the platform, and exceed our expectations for this platform. Cons The AI still has some room to grow. As I have been pushing the limits, using it for utility bill storage alongside contracts, there are certain datapoints a standard contract picks up but not the invoices. Pros The product is super easy to implement and use. The two-way DocuSign integration and customizability of data, scheduled reporting, and automated reminders are invaluable features. Documents are automatically OCR'ed and the search features are also very user friendly, reliable and accurate. We also appreciate the always friendly, informed, and responsive support team, and the resources made available for troubleshooting questions. Cons There is a lot of manual updating and tracking involved in using ContractSafe as a full CLM tool vs. as a basic repository. There are lots of manual steps required to update contract status, add and update custom fields, capture attachments and approvals, etc. This leaves more room for human error than is ideal. " December 27, 2017 5.0 The benefits we receive are a centralized storage area for all of our contracts and company documents as well as customized reminders sent directly to recipients to let us know when a contract is expiring or a document may need attention. We also receive the benefit of moving away from a folder system on a shared drive in where it requires us to search into different folders in an attempt to find "just the right document." ContractSafe not only allows us to upload the contract, but we can also upload any supporting documentation and include notes - putting everything in one spot. This software platform has been a dream come true for our Company. We use this platform for contract management, HR document management, employee information management, company policy management - etc. It's been a 5 star experience for our Company. Pros The software is extremely intuitive. I confess, I did not watch a single tutorial video or read any of the FAQs as I wanted to see just how user friendly this tool is. In less than 10 minutes I had my first contract uploaded, tagged and had created two custom fields in my dashboard to capture the data I needed. I thought I would really dislike not having a folder structure to organize my contracts, but this tool has Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - just like Google - which means I can search any word or phrase - or type in some of the information I created in one of my fields - and the contract(s) pop right up. WOW. The other thing I want to comment on is the fantastic customer service provided by the ContractSafe Team. They actually want feedback, and they actually want to address customer concerns - and yes, you get an actual person on the phone when you call them. We looked at 4 other platforms and each of them felt like a high-pressure sales job to get us to sign-up in that moment without any discussion about how we would be supported on the back-end. Our experience with ContractSafe has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! If you want a great product, who cares about your user experience and customer service - look no further. ContractSafe has solved that problem for us and now it's extremely rare that our legal team has to resort to asking around for a contract. Pros We have been very pleased with ContractSafe and have watched it grow and improve over time. The customer service has been great and any time we encounter a bug or spot an area for potential improvement we can tell our feedback is heard. ContractSafe is clearly designed for legal teams. The fields that are mapped to metadata are exactly what legal teams want to know and track. The ability to search anywhere within a document is excellent. It integrates well with DocuSign. The permissions and reminder functions are well set up. Cons ContractSafe is rapidly trying to roll out an AI feature that will read your contracts for you and pull out some of the metadata reducing the need for manual entry. While a laudable goal, right now the feature is still weak.
